Anastasia came to our house as a 3 month old foster kitty; she was very sick, and never really got healthy enough to be adopted. Along with various other not very serious issues, her main problem has been a chronic weepy eye. After many vet visits and lots of meds, it was determined that she has tested postive for FIP. (Sort of like having HIV, but not a full blown case of AIDS.)

At about 9 months old, she's too healthy to put down, and not healthy enough for anyone to adopt her -- besides she's a real sweetheart and has gotten along well with my other cats for several months already. So we've decided to adopt her. She isn't a foster kitty anymore! (But that makes FIVE kitties for us - how'd that happen?????)

CatsinDenver great thread! I just ran across this thread yesterday :o when the "T" page was current. I posted my Trevor and now Andy has requested a spot on the "A" page. Hubby got a new camera and caught my little boy looking outside the sliding door and called his name. He turned around and got this. :) It looks like he is in jail, but it is just the vertical blinds. :p
