sweat maybe

It kinda looks like a fungus or scabs! That doesn't look to healthy!
I've seen horses sweat...and trust me...THAT AIN'T SWEAT, Anyways! LOL! I think I'm gonna passthis one up...unless nobody else answers!

That horse is sweating, that is why its leg is white. I can see an impression on the horse where the saddle was- it most likely just got done with a hard workout when the picture was taken. I cannot think of any scabs that would resemble a sweat pattern.
