Frosted Mini-Wheats! I always have some of that in the cupboard.
as I get older, I look at the fiber content first :eek: . I'm not ready for the really nasty health food stuff yet, but frosted mini-wheats have fiber and taste good!
After that is would be Raisin Bran. (my husband's favorite).
Then I rotate between other cereals like grape nuts, or granola type cereals.
Raisin Bran Yum, but not in the morning for breakfast it is better in the afternoon or 2-3 in the morning. :D
I'm a big fan of raisin bran myself! Its not too sugary and its not to blah! YUM!
