http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...2/hotfella.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...newstuffy1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...newstuffy2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...antlerdog1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...antlerdog2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...otfellabeg.JPG Six of 12 pictures I took of Fritz and Taffy yesterday.Fritz in front of the fireplace panting,Fritz with his talking Monkey that Marlene got him,he got it talk when we came home after gift opening,was waiting for it to talk but he got it talking on his own,Taffy wandering around with Antlers on,pretending to be a Reindeer,antlers kept sliding to the side,she had a swollen spot under her eye and had to to the vets this week,has gone down somewhat,Fritz begging for a treat.It all stared Wednesday night with the Christmas pageant.the reverend's son and his wife played mary and Joseph,their little girl Caillynn Brooke played the Baby Jesus,she was quiet for this performance but the night before she cried the whole time in front of Senior citizens,also sang a few carols.We took Mom's sister along.We dropped her off,let Fritz out then we went up to Marlene's for a hour and a half then back home for a half hour then went and picked up my sister to go to the candlelight service.Sang more Carols,the church organist's daughter sang O,Holy Night,she was good,we lit the candles until all were lit.We were supposed to a prayer before we left,the Reverend forgot.on Christmas,Fritz got some Jerky treats,I got a new pair of gloves,thermal socks,a red sweatshirt, and a dress shirt for church.Around 10,we went up to my sisters.Fritz got more treats and the new Monkey Stuffy,he had fun with that,Mom got a new jacket,a wrist watch and a necklace,I got Kodak Digital photo Frame that I am still trying to figure out,a new wallet with the Maple Leafs logo on it,a Benchmark Safecut knife that open plastic covered packages easily and a hockey called the Complete Hockey Dictionary.For lunch,it was Quiche Lorraine,We stayed for 2 0or three hours ,I was trying to figure out the photo frame,Fritz playing with the Monkey,Mom talked to Irene,they are fine,she also talked to a friend who has been in a nursing home.Around 3:30,went back up for supper at 5,Larry's brother Frank was there too,both he and Larry are in bad need of losing weight,Frank is over 300 pounds,Larry said he was 284 and gets short of breath shoveling snow.For supper,it was Turkey,Dressing,Coleslaw,Carrots Sweet Potatoes and Mashed Potatoes,Turnip,Pickles,Beets,Olives and Buns.Dessert was Cherry Chesecake that Mom made,Fritz cleaned my first plate then dessert,Taffy had hers after we all ate.After suppers,Rick and Cheryl,their friends from the cottage came came with their Golden Retriever Murphy who started looking for treats as soon ans he got there.He got a new stuffy and was quite proud of it,wagging his big tail.Fritz was Larry's lap a couple of times,gave him kisses and licks,got on Cheryl's lap also,then Mom's.He behaved pretty well,he one small accident ,otherwise was a good dog.Fritz first slept with Mom,then at 5 to 2 this morning,came to me,I think it would have been he slept the whole time in one bed,not two.Fritz has been taking it easy today resting,having leftovers from last night that Marlene sent home and Cherry Cheesecake.the little boxes in front of the fireplace had candles in them.
