It's a grassland right now, with the same body of water further in the background...I can barely see it. But there is a herd of antelope type animals between the water and the camera. They're gorgeous. :)

There was just 3 adorable turtles, but now they are moving the cam around.
I was watching it from work yesterday when it was night there and I'm sure I saw a lot of shooting stars. Did others see that?
I'm pretty sure those shooting stars were fireflys! Hehe! :D
I saw a firefly and something moving in the background, though I'm not sure what it was. It looked like night time a moment ago but it is in color now all of a sudden. They must be messing with the settings because they are changing a bunch of things and zooming in and out and stuff. :p
darnet I wish they would hurry and fix it. They are taking forever. I saw the bears and they are sooooooo cute!
That explains it! Thank you. I couldn't imagine so many shooting stars, and I kept thinking of insects but I've always lived in rather cool climates so didn't think of fireflies.Quote:

I saw some wildebeest a couple hours ago, but there's nothing anymore - just the occasional bird.
Oh, yay! There are a lot of those antelope/gazelle creatures right now at the watering hole. Their reflections are beautiful in the water, and the camera keeps zooming in really close. One particular gazelle was trying to nudge a bird off his back, but the bird just kept moving around, just out of reach. The animals are all nuzzling eachother, it's really beautiful. Very peaceful!
**Edited: Two of them were just head butting eachother! Like a play fight, it was so cute!**
Nothing, yet again. :(

still havent seen anything...darn
There are cute little monkies right now. :D
That would have been about 10:15pm my (pacific) time and I can't believe I missed it. I kept checking back but the middle of the day seems to be the time you are least likely to see anything. If I watch at about 6-7:30am their time, about 8pm my time, I'm most likely to see something. Yesterday it was birds and the day before it was antelope and wildebeest. I thought now would be a good time since it's sunset there, but it's very quiet.Quote:
