Hurray! I'm so glad you are starting your weekend with good news. You might tell Daisy Mae that the next time she eats something as impressive as a leash the vet will have to install a zipper - that should persuade her to behave! ;)
Best healing wishes for Daisy - and a calm quiet holiday to you all!

Too funny Pam!!
Sue, I have 3 classes of 7th grade and 3 classes of 8th grade both Social Studies (World History, 7, and U.S. History, 8)
Thanks again guys and will let you know what happens!!

I'm so glad Daisy Mae is doing so well. It's nice the vet apologized too. Do you think he reads Pet Talk? LOL!!!:D
-
I don't know if he reads it or not, but he was pretty much of a jerk again this morning, but he was busy. I got to see my baby today for a few minutes, but she was getting all tangled up in her IV line and I didn't want to rip it out, so I grudgingly left. He said he would call tonight with another update. She still hasn't pooped so he won't release her yet. She is acting so much better and is much more lively again...it did my heart good, but it will do my heart much better when I get to bring her home.
-
SO happy to hear the pupster is really perking up! As a nurse I can tell you Molly, when they start wanting to pull out their IV's, "That's a good thing!" LOL! Jerk he may be, at least he's keeping you up to date and taking good care of Daisy Mae. We are all looking forward to the day, very soon, that Daisy Mae is finally home again!!!! When she is, I INSIST you give her the biggest kiss right by the side of her mouth (I love doggie breath!) from me, Cody and Star! What a group!!
-
Sandra, I'm going to insist that you and your skunkiness come to Fort Wayne and give her the kiss yourself so you can meet our crew! lol
-
I'm so glad to hear that Daisy is doing better !!!
Major surgery like that is no easy thing, for dog or
person. Molly, please don't be to hard on the sub.
Vet person. You naturally, are totally concerned with
Daisy, while he/she is responsible for ALL the dogs and
cats at the hospital. Maybe this vet does'nt have the
best" bedside manner", but that does not matter really
as long as Daisy is getting the Best of care. Right ?.
It's to hard to see them not feeling 100%. Here's
hopeing for a quick and uneventful recovery.
:) :) :)
-
Glad to hear that Daisy is continuing on the road to recovery. I hope she can go home soon with you.

Daisy Mae will be home soon and we can all breathe a big sigh of relief! And I agree with Liz...The most important thing of all is that Daisy Mae is well cared for and on the road to recovery! Wouldn't that be neat....to meet the Mike and Molly Crew!:) And you know I would just have to stopand visit every single Pet Talker on my way there!
-
Good to hear she's on the road to recovery, if only she would poop! We're rooting for her!http://www.theunholytrinity.org/crac...heerleader.gif

Good to know that she is getting better and better. :)

Just wondering how Daisy is doing today?

C'mon Molly!!! We're waiting for some good news!!! Love to you Daisy Mae!!
-
Molly,
What's the latest on Daisy? Did she get to
come home yet? I know you must be very busy
with everything going on, but when you get the
chance, please post an update on Daisy. O.K.?
You, Mike & ALL the furkids are in my thoughts
and prayers. Liz & Buddy.

Wow!! I leave for four days, and look at what happens!!!
All my best to Daisy. :) I hope she will be home with you soon, Molly. :)
