http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../bosompals.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...26/drinkie.jpg fritz sleeping with Papa this morning and in front of the fireplace last night wanting some water.I always ask him to shake a paw before getting it and he usually does.He had his porridge,toast and cereal,has been out twice,the first i was out too,shoveling snow,gues he didn't know it was me as he barked at me.He has already grabbed the towel off the couch and got a Kleenex from Dad somehow.Dad is fine,I can understand him better this morning, but there are moments when you can't .He even said i did a super job shoveling the snow..He has his leg braces on,that is helping him with support down there. :cool: Fritz's portrait is back on the mantle .

Wow! Fritz! aren't you the handsome boy after your trip to the groomers! :cool: I love all of the new pictures and hearing about his naughty little deeds. :) The picture of him under the table after stealing the towel reminds me so much of my Bella and she loves to take tissues just like Fritz! I am so sorry that your aunt is in the hospital but when we are sick that is where we need to be. I hope your dad will have a good day today. Just having little Fritz by his side must make his day a little brighter. :)

Hi Fritz!! Don't you look adorable as always? You are one fluffy boy aren't you. I am loving these stories of you grabbing things and taking them under the table. I think it's only so Barry can get some funny pictures. Right Buddy? You know we love to see them here on Pet Talk. Keep those great pics coming Fritz and Barry ;)

Your Dad is looking well, Barry. Maybe the pills are helping with his speech? I saw a piece on the Today show yesterday about Meridith Viera's husband's book. It was about people living with chronic illness and how they cope with it. I think it's due for release next month-maybe your Dad would enjoy reading it. One of the people he had in the film about it was a lady with ALS. It was very interesting and compelling to see how people cope with being ill all the time. Take care and give Fritz some pets and kisses from us!! :)

I have to admit it , I think your home is sooo lovely~ and I enjoy reading about Fritz's antics ~ He's such a Great Dog to Know!!!!

He has been up to his tricks again,grabbing towels and shoes,even my sister's shoes when she was here tonight to see dad,even shook a paw for her,Mom can't get a kiss out of him.We had Big Macs and Fries for supper,Fritz had his own,he come down to me and i gave him a dill pickle.Dad had half of his,i had the rest.He thought he lost weight,he is holding his own around 110-115 pounds.He has found a new way to get up off the couch,he has one hand on the walker and the left he has his cane and he is able to push himself up.He was quite proud of the achievement ,wanted me to see it,though i already had.Dad felt kind of sorry for me,having to rely on me to lift him up off the couch and hurting my back which is fine now.

Great pics of our little man!! I love the snow picture where Fritz is sitting on the window ledge. It really looks beautiful outside. The family is looking good, Barry. How is your back? It sure sounds like your Dad is a little better for sure. I really hope so. Have a good night!! :)

I'm quite proud of your Dads' achievement ~ and I'm proud of you and Fritz too ( of course) He looks so darned Sweet, sitting Pretty for Mom.

I really liked the picture of Fritz looking out the window with the Cardinal. That one is superb!!!

Oh Fritz I certainly hope you were rewarded with whatever it was that Barry's mom had in this picture. A treat maybe? :) You are just as cute as a button and I surely couldn't resist you. :)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../drinktime.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...sawinglogs.jpg Fritz wanting his water last night and here he is still sawing logs on the bed this morning after i got up.He has already tried grabbing a shoe of mine,lucky i caught before he got too far with it.Had to put a aluminum pipe over the brake handle of the wheelchair,so it would be easier to put the brake on and off.I had to cut the pipe in half,complained i didn't measure right and i had put it in the vice to cut the other half got bent out of shape,he wanted it,but got ugly at me for it getting bent.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...tztheshoes.jpg This is picture of Fritz at around 9-10 weeks old and he he is getting an early start to shoe snatching.Picture was taken at our old house trailer.

What could be cuter than you as a puppy, Fritzie!! Look at that pile of shoes you little nut!! It's taken years of practice to get where you are today in shoe snatching ;) Have a great day buddy!! :)

Fritz standing up on Marlene's lap ready to kiss her and Fritz up on Dad leg.Larry come and put the other railing on and dad likes that.Dad seems to be walking better since he put his leg braces back on.Sometimes,can get up fine from the couch,other times not,should be sitting in the new chair,did once.Fritz got into the shoes again yesterday,grabbing Larry's and my shoes and going under the dining rolom table with them,proud as can be.Fritz was waiting for mom to bring me back from the hockey game from the window,then went to the back door and greeted us.The Bowmanville Eagles beat the Bancroft Hawks 9-0.Fritz had his cereal,toast an porridge after he snoozed with dad on the couch,then went out in the cold,barked to come in i gess then had me get him weater,didn't drink it,mom filled it again and he drank it.He is probably back with dad now on the couch.

Everybody looking great again Barry!! Great pictures. Fritz is so fluffy and white and adorable. We want to come over so you can sit on our lap and give us kisses Fritz. You can even run off with our shoes ;) I hope your Dad keeps wearing his braces, Barry. That helps alot. I dscovered that when my knee started giving me such trouble. The brace means walking better and getting around better, even though it seems to be a hassle to put on. How is Marlene feeling and how is Auntie Irene? Sending some belly rubs to you Fritz!! :D

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...6/snowyboy.jpg Fritz about 20 minutes ago,outside in thew snow waiting to come in.You usually have to show him a treat to get him in,don't give it to him and tonight,it didn't work and had to go and get him to come in.Now it is my right side of my back hurting.Dad wanted the oil checked in the tractor,it is her unti. spring when Larry's brother-In-Law Don Jensen is going to buy it,we are just storing it here until then.I had to climb up into the trailer to get to the tractor.Stepped onto the wheelwell and then over ther side of the trailer.The trailer is going to Larry's other brotherIn-Law Al Flintoff in the spring.

Awwwww!!! You look so cold out there Fritz but I know you aren't really too cold. I know you raced back to get warm. More great pics of you. I can see you're enjoying Papa's new chair. I love the pic of you with the towel over you.

Glad to hear that Marlene is getting some relief, Barry. I guess Auntie Irene is better off in the hospital for a bit. I know she's happy to have some entertainment. :)
