Glacier, I know this must be very hard but please don't lose hope, your dogs are meant to be outside and I think Delta could get by for a while until you locate him. Too bad we can't have GPS on our furbabies :(

I'm having a hard time fighting tears every time I think of this, I imagine Tamara and Stuart out for hours and hours, looking for their sweet timid boy.. It's just heartbreaking.

I just saw this thread, and I read through the whole thing hoping that you have found him. Glacier, I am so sorry that you have not found him yet(((((HUGS))))). I will be praying for you and Delta. I'll also be praying that my RB Jewel will protect him, and help him find his way home.

Still no sign of him. My eyes are burning from all the crying I've done today and the tears keep coming. I've pretty much lost my voice from calling his name. I don't expect to sleep, but I'm going to lay down for awhile. I'll go out and call for him a few times though the night. I'll be back out at first light searching again.

Ohhh, my heart is breaking for you, Tamara. I have been checking in all day. I'm finally headed off to bed but I had to look one more time. I know there are so many of us that wish we could be there to help you find him. Darn it, I was hoping he'd be home safe and sound by now. It's been 2 years today since my Sami went to the bridge. I've asked her (she was part husky) to get her dog butt in gear and help Delta find his way home. Good luck in your searches today. My heart is with you, tears and all.

last year Sherman's sister, Tori, ran away from her new home. She'd never been on her own before, everyone was frantic, she disappeared into the woods. A week later she came back, dirty, bruised up, infected cut on her lip, but SHE CAME BACK-- huskies have alot of smarts, and Delta knows alot about the area from being part of your team. We'll keep praying he finds his way home soon.

Visit all the local Schools and ask the Principal to post a notice in all the rooms
and at the doors -
Kids make good Searchers!

Ask the Bus Drivers to hold a Spot Delta contest on the ride home.
Kid who Spots Delta gets a pizza dinner and a Dog Sled Ride.

And don't forget to ask the Mail Delivery Person to keep a sharp lookout.
