http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../curlycozy.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../robberdog.JPGfritz with head under my blankets ,keeping warm this morning and later on with my underwear under the dining room table.A few minutes before I came in from doing snow,he had followed Mom into the laundry ,had grabbed the underwear,Mom didn't know he was there,I came in a few minutes later,opened the door there he is waiting and was whining to get out,went upstairs with and under the table.He started sleeping with Mom last night then around 2:30 this morning got out of bed,mom followed him in there and he went under the table, he ended up coming to me,jumped on the bed,looked at me and found a place to sleep.He had his supper before bed last night,had his bones earlier.begged for toast,had that,had cereal ,Special K,is now in the window ,barks at things not there.We were suppose to get less than a inch,got two,an extreme cold weather alert is on,by Thursday the low here will be -11 degrees fahrenheit.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! It sure is cold there. Fritz, you are the funniest boy on earth. Look at you with your "robber" face on. Stay warm and behave, Fritzie!!!:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...curlyunder.JPGFritz with his head curled under a pillow on Mom's bed this morning.Slept there all night ,no problems.He misses me when I go to the hockey games like last night,he got up on the back of the chair down here and waited and was up in the window when Mom brought me home.I had a lucky night the team didn't they lost 6-3,I won another free pizza and drink from Boston Pizza and won the 50/50 which was $94.50,Mom was happy when I told her.The last time I won was back on November 23rd won $72 the score was 6-3 that day but that time the Eagles won unlike last night.Fritz had his cereal and toast,been out came in and had a play with the talking Monkey,flipped over on his back playing,He was cuddled next to me in the chair,scratched his chin a few times,stop then he look at me,wanted more scratching.Now either in Mom's chair or the window.Cold this morning,5 degrees,tomorrow 30 degrees and 2 inches of snow,Wednesday going down to a high of 3 degrees with a low of -4,Thursday 0 degrees and a low of -8.

I can't blame you , Fritz, for staying warm in that cozy bed. It's a little chilly here and I didn't want to get up this morning.:) Stay warm, cutie pie, it's pretty darn cold there. It's a good thing you have that fluffy winter coat but I worry about that cute belly getting a chill.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...monkeyjump.JPG http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...6/flapping.jpgFritz after supper yesterday with his Monkey in his mouth,ears flapping climbing up the chair,reminded me of the picture below this called "flapping" which I took on October 12 of 2006 at 8:03 p.m.We had peameal Bacon,Scalloped potatoes and turnip for supper ,Fritz had some,we had Custard for dessert,he had that then finished his own supper.he got under the couch down here around 5 or so and there for 2 hours or more,came out for a bone and some water,went out,was with Mon and back under the couch.When Mom says it time for bed,he gets out from the couch and come sup,goes out first then to the window,went to Mom and had a good sleep,his was right near Mom's.I thought he hadn't come out yet so checked ,he wasn't there ,went to the back door,he was waiting to go out,didn't her him.He then had cereal and toast,was with me in the chair,and with Mom.He was snoozing on her bed when she went to do Meals On Wheels,I did our snow,and went and did Marlene's,1 inch or so,is 35 degrees now, going down to 0 degrees tonight,high of 9 tomorrow and a low close to 0,Thursday high of 0 and a low of -9,Friday 14 degrees and a low of -11.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...fritzywarm.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...loungeyboy.JPGFritz this morning ,head buried in the blankets,very cold here this morning,last time looked it was about -6 degrees fahrenheit,can't now outside door is frosted over,there has been steam coming out of the catch basins along the street.Fritz doesn't stay out long,he is out then right back in,has been out a few time.Fritz out in the bar room this morning,he was staying down here as Mom was cleaning the kitchen floor and didn't need Fritz's help with it.he was right close to Mom all night to keep warm,he was with me this morning ,keeping war,then wit Mom in her chair covered with his paw print blanket.has been our several times,hope he stays in here for a while too cold to be out.Trains have been later getting into Toronto today,switches on the tracks have froze,making people late for for work.

And I thought it was cold here!!! It's freezing up there, Barry!! Stay warm.

Fritz, that picture of you with your ears up is hilarious. I can't believe it's you. You look so funny and cute. I see you're trying to stay warm too and you look adorable on the floor. Such a handsome young fella. Stay in the house and be careful if you go out. It's too cold for you to stay out long!!:) Daisy and Delilah would never survive that cold. They dread going out when it's 50 degrees.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ritzperchy.JPGFritz last night on the back of the chair,waiting to go to bed,Mom was talking to Marlene,he was patiently waiting for the word to go to bed.He went to the window first,then he came to me,at first he was between my legs on the bed ,then next to a pillow,then at the end of the bed,then got down and went and slept with Mom,right up tight against her.He was out last night,had a run around the patio,he did again this morning and was with me in the chair,couldn't get breakfast until he moved.He had that after I finished ,was in the window then with Mom now in my chair in the living room.His Aunties called this morning ,they are coming tomorrow,he doesn't know so it's a big surprise.Marlene got a laptop yesterday,went with her Brother-In-Law to get it.Basically it is the same make and Model of mine,a Acer Aspire,mine is a desktop.Her Brother-In-Law is going to set it up for her, she will be with the same internet provider as we are Sympatico/MSN.Temperature outside our back door is 1 above faherenheit,high today only 9 above.

Brrrrrrrrr........teeth chattering!! Boy, is it cold there or what? It's chilly here but sunny and warm already if you're in the sun. Believe me, I'm not complaining.

Fritz, you are such a cutie! After you check on everything outside, and after you have a play, that is time for a good rest. I'm glad you had a nice visit with everyone!

Great pictures of you, buddy!! You are the cutest thing on earth!! It seems you love the snow so much, you might stay out in it all the time. The snow is really pretty and fun isn't it? Barry, is Marlene just learning how to use a computer or just breaking in a new one in her house? I wish my mother would learn and she could email like all the rest of the family. We tried to teach her but she won't even try to learn it. She's so against it. Good luck to Marlene.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...snowychin1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...snowychin2.JPGFritz outside Sunday afternoon ,snow on his chin.It snowed another 3 inches last night,didn't go the game last night,good idea,they lost 4-2,we ended up getting a foot of snow,had snow as high as the fence on the patio, and high snow banks along the driveway to the road.Fritz went to be with Mom then at 2:30 this morning ,stood up and shook himself,looked at mom,licked her hand and rolled over on his and wanted his belly rub,great time yo to it when Mom wanted to sleep.Fritz had his breakfast,has been out a few times.Likes to go out in the snow,apparently dogs like the snow,mom heard,don't why though.It is a new computer Marlene has,same as mine only newer by 2 years,she's learning how to use,not bad so far,she will pick it up like did,not hard to learn.

Awwwwww!!!! You look like a little Bichon snow puppy, Fritzie!! You are just adorable standing out in the beautiful snow. Don't freeze those little pawsies. Stay warm. :)

You're right, Barry. Marlene will pick it up quickly. I taught myself and it wasn't hard. Some things were difficult but most of it was common sense.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...monkeywalk.JPGFritz on the coffee table after supper Monday,he had me playing with him when he wasn't carting it up and down the stairs.I was out shoveling on the patio and he wants out,he got me to play with him he get into play mode and take off off around the patio,stop wait for me to move and off he go again.Last night spent time with mom in her chair,under the couch and on the big one.When it came bed time ,he went to my chair in the living room then came to mom a few minutes later,right tight against her.Mom had to get up to use the washroom early in the morning,he was hogging her side of the bed.Had toast and cereal from me,was out when i had shovel a bit of snow.We watched Obama being sworn in,it will be great to see how good a job he will do.George Bush Senior didn't look god,reminded Mom and me of what dad was like with ALS.Obama's first trip outside of the U.S. will be to Canada to visit with our Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...comfychair.JPGFritz cozy in Mom's chair this morning,when Mom got up to make her toast.Mom has closed the curtains as every time he gets in the window he barks at people for no reason or there is nothing in sight.Last night while at the hockey game he sat on the back of the chair down here,Mom didn't know I was going last night ,had to tell her.Before bed last night it was 28-30 degrees,this morning It is 1 above fahrenheit,windchill -15 degrees.Have heard the house creak a couple of times and Fritz barked the one time.Missed winning by just one number on the same ticket,it was $86,winning ticket was 218829,I had 218879 and 218889.he went to my chair in the living room,was in a real bad way wanting to goo bed last night,sat on the chair then the coffee table whining and tail going.Had cereal and toast,cuddled with me,then in before that Mom's chair,was on the couch not long ago.I go to get haircut at quarter to 12,going to Boston Pizza for supper,using one of the coupons I won at hockey this year.

Well Fritz, it sure continues to be cold there doesn't it? So cold the house is creaking. Oh my goodness. Daisy and Delilah like to bark at everything that moves. If a leaf blows, they think it might be a cat in the yard. We do have alot of cats passing through and they can't stand it. I feel like getting a kitty so they can see the kitties are okay.

You must have been in a deep sleep when Mom and Barry came back home. Right, buddy? Look how adorable you are. Such a cutie pie. It's really cold there, Fritz, so make sure you keep warm and cozy. That's a good boy sleeping next to Mom so she'll be warm all night.;)

Well, we know how spiffy you look after the groomer, Fritzie!! I hope you get to go since you love it so much. Be careful with the driving.;) You'll get a new bandana. Stay warm. It looks like you know how to do that already, as we all know.:)

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...kneesnoozy.JPGFritz snoozing on my knee this morning.Snowfall warning here,possibly 8 to 10 inches by 7 tonight ,falling at a rate of an inch an hour,so we ended up canceling Fritz's grooming appointment until 10:30 tomorrow.He went to the window before bed,we don't when he came to Mom as we were both sound asleep,Mom saw him here at 3 this morning.At 5,he stood and shook himself and looked at Mom with his dark brown eyes,went back to sleep.He cuddled with me this morning after being out,he gets covered in snow,Mom uses some paper towels to dry him,then he wants the paper towels got Mom a little wet after shaking himself.,he has been on the couch with her all morning except for having lunch with some cooked meat and a couple of cookies.

Barry and Fritz, I had on the Weather Channel yesterday and thought of you. Staying warm is a very good thing!

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...flipfritzy.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../headtucky.JPGFritz flipped over on the couch Wednesday afternoon and later his head tucked in to Mom keeping warm last night.Had a play with his talking Monkey and the old one.We had Pancakes for supper,he had his own,Beneful,tasted like Chicken and had Maple Syrup poured on it and he had all that.Last night,begged for Iams bones and water,slept under thr blanket of the couch and under the couch and with Mom in the chair.He begged me to go to bed,went after Mom talked with Marlene on the phone.Went to the living room and and was in the chair not too long before he came to Mom and slept with her.I had Pancakes this morning,he had a bite of it,I helped my Uncle with snow,we then took Fritz to the groomers,carried him in,tail started going as we went in and down the stairs stasted squirming ad when we got in there dogs were barking and the assistant took him and he was smelling to see if the cats were around they were there.When we went to get him carried him out,his groomer said he didn't like her to touch his hips said they may be arthritic not the way i see him play all the time.he rod in the back seat for the ride home, then curled up in the kitchen ,has a rust colored bandana on.We had Chicken strips and Lemon Rice for supper,Fritz had a little,had cake with Vanilla Icing ,he had some has been outside where it is blowing and a few flurries around,doesn't know when to quit,We got maybe 6 -7 inches of snow,getting to the point of where are you going to put it,Mom hasn't seen snowbanks this high in a long time.

Great pics of you, Fritz!! I'm glad you finally got to the groomer. I hope your hips are ok. Maybe you were just touchy at that time. I can imagine how it could be difficult to find places for the snow. It's unreal!! I hope it melts gradually and doesn't cause problems. Stay warm everybody!!
