Actually, I like Peyton...and I like Harrison, but, I detest the Irsays and I'm just waiting for them to pull out of Indy in the middle of the night like they did to Baltimore in '84....
I just saw the monday night game.
Oh boy!
Being that the Seahawks are the walking wounded, maybe Oakland will win 3! lol

LOLOLOLOL, Go back to Sleep, T.O.
Nothing pleases me more that watching him self destruct.
nice penalties too.......moron.

Whazzup with Pitts?
Now, a knee to the groin is OK in Ulitmate Fighting, but the camera didn't show the knee that the "hawk player gave out first...
Sour Grapes?
Naw,
A 16-0 loss.....
O..K.
Laugh! :p
Have to bring this up... How 'bout them Chargers! Even if it was ugly, and even if we do horrible outside of CA, it was still a great come back! Down 7-28 at the half and bringing it back to win 49-41.
Go Bolts!

I'm just floored that the Browns won again on Sunday. 3rd win of the year. We had a lead and didn't blow it. Very surprising.
I'll need CPR if we beat the Steelers on Sunday. But what a perfect weekend that would make. OSU beating Michigan on Saturday and the Browns beating the Champs  on Sunday.
While watching the late night hi-lights of games on SUnday I have noticed that the picture really sucks.
I was trying to figure it out and it seems that they take a wide screen picture and zoom in so it will fit a regular screen.....And I thought I was drunk..
------------
Thursday night football on the NFL channel?
Please.......Not interested at all...I am a football fan but have no interest in
seeing ALL THE GAMES on Sunday...
------------------
THe Raiders are mathematically out of a playoff spot......Thank God...I have eight months to prepare for another bad season. :p
Please football god...
Give T.O. a cramp in his tongue....
Amen.
AMEN!!!!Quote:

Da raidahs couldn't even beat the Jets?
Darnit.....that affects the playoff picture.
Al, give control of the team to someone who knows football......as opposed to someone who Knew football.
Our Bears certainly proved what they're made of last night ... Jello! :(
OMG - I can't beleive I'm the first to mention this one.
anyone see the Seahawks/Cowboys game tonight? Those last two minutes were something else. I'm so glad I'm not Romo. That must be a long ride home tonight
That was such an exciting game to watch. I can't believe that Romo missed the hold. I'm sure Bledsoe is sitting on the sideline with a slight smirk on his face.
Anyhow, Go Chargers! (can't wait till next week)
it's a great time to be a football fan!   :p :D
And LOL at the TO speech after the game.....He could talk and put on a face because he didn't cost them the game...
I did feel bad for the TUNA, tho...
I am not at all a Cowboys fan, but what a way to loose the game!! i thought we were in Cincinnati!!!
Richard,
After what the Tuna pulled in New England I have no sympathy for him at all. He deserves what he's surrounded by. Overpaid players with inflated egos. After all, He's an overpaid coach with an inflated ego.

My thought's exactly...
While watching the game I started to do the, "Well a field goal and a safety..."
Little did I know that the safety was coming!!`
This sucks:
BOSTON -- It was an unpleasant surprise for some Patriots fans who wanted to travel to San Diego to see their team in the playoffs Sunday.
Tickets for the game against the Chargers were sold only to residents of southern California.
The TicketMaster Web site informed buyers that orders from residents outside of southern California would not be honored. Residency was determined by the credit card billing address.
A spokesman for the NFL said there is no league policy to prohibit the practice. The Chicago Bears have a similar ticket policy for their playoff game against Seattle.
The only alternative for Patriots fans heading to San Diego might be expensive ticket re-sellers, who often charge several times face value.
I am the ultimate Seahawks fan...however, they deserved to lose the game...don't get me wrong, I am thrilled they won, but, if they play that way this weekend, it will be all she wrote!
Should be an interesting weekend!
You might be able to blame the Raider fans for that rule.Quote:

So SD put a rule into effect that said that in order to buy tix for the LA/SD game you had to buy a season seat.....
That's crazy. A typical Chicago move. Heaven forbid we should allow fans of the other team to pay to come to Chicago, pay an extremely inflated City of Chicago hotel tax (thanks, Mayor Daley) and pay a small fortune for game tickets to sit in freezing cold Snow-ldier Field and cheer on their team.Quote:

1/6/2007 Vienna Beef's New 'Monster Playoff Polish' is making its way to Chicago this season
CHICAGO (Jan. 4, 2007) – In honor of the Chicago Bears’ upcoming playoff appearance, Vienna Beef is introducing the ‘Monster Playoff Polish’ to sausage lovers – and Chicago football fans – nationwide.
Created by Vienna Beef hot dog chef and taste guru Mark Sobczak, the Monster Playoff Polish is available at The Vienna Beef Café, located at 2501 North Damen Avenue in Chicago. Vienna Beef will make a $1 donation to the Greater Chicago Food Depository for every Monster Playoff Polish purchased throughout the entire Bears’ NFL playoff season.
The Monster Playoff Polish is a polish sausage grilled and served on a poppyseed bun with chili, cheddar cheese sauce, blue corn chips and diced onion.
“This flavorful hot dog honors the outstanding Bears’ season,” said Chef Sobczak. “The blue corn chips and cheddar cheese honor the team’s colors, and the chili reminds us how cold winters never detract Chicago fans from making their way to Soldier Field.”
Excellent games this weekend - all of them. Can't wait for next weekend. :)

Another typical San Diego post season. The only sport that always did good in the post season was the San Diego Gulls hockey and they were let go last season.
Oh well, one team down so GO Saints!
and then there were TWO...
Good late game, not happy about the result tho.....
O.K. Two weeks of hype and four hours of game....
And there's the kickoff! :D
Did you hear what Dungy said after the game? He said it was too bad they had to go to Miami that they should just split the difference and play in Ft Wayne!!

Some one please take away the microphone from Rush Limbaugh and T.O...
PLEASE?
LOL! Turns out that Tony Dungy and Lovie Smith are the first African-American coaches to take teams to the Super Bowl. And Rex Grossman, the Bears' starting quarterback, is from Bloomington, Indiana, where Indiana University is. I just like Super Bowl Sunday for the clever commercials and the excuse to have a beer and eat junk food. Indianapolis is favored to win so we will see what happens. Baseball is just a couple of months away!Quote:

Lobodeb, it sounds to me like Terrell Owens and Tank Johnson are of a similar ilk - what do you think (or anyone else who's heard this whole Tank Johnson episode)?
