Bump. I don't think my mom wants to bring Roxy because of the extra $10 a night for pets.. :(. Anyways, I bumped this because I was going to ask if anybody wanted to co-assist in planning the whole meeting, because it's a little overwhelming for me. Anybody?

I was looking at hotels, but I haven't found any yet that are pet friendly.. I know there are some because we took a previous dog last time we went.
Okay, we really have nothing at the moment. I think we're going to need a FINAL list of who is definitely coming as of this very moment. Anybody who wants to help, also needs to sign up. :P

I think I found the perfect hotel. They don't even offer an extra charge for pets :D.

I could pay 50. That's not too bad. Thing is. Not sure I'd be coming is all. When it gets closer, I'd be able to plan. I've got lots of relatives near there so it would be good.

Summer is a busy time. Not everyone lives near you, and sometimes people can't afford the trip. Gas is sure pricey these days.
Especially if they are needing to drive a distance, there is then the added expense of renting a hotel/motel.
