Congratulations to you, Rob, and Christian. If the new little one is only a fraction as sweet as Christian, he/she will be perfect. Have any possible names been floated yet?

I am SO ready. I've decided to try and take matters into my own hands. I'll be getting some raspberry leaf tea to drink, make sure I'm on my feet more (gravity helps) and some other ways I've been told to help bring on labor. I only have a week and a day to go until I'm induced, but I'm praying we don't even make it that far. I'm petrified of having the baby but at the same time, I just want it done and over with. So with the tea and the walking and the other stuff, PLUS a full moon, I'm hoping that means a Nug is born on Thursday or Friday. That'd be ideal.
OMG, I feel your pain!Quote:

My doctor had me get a weight at my last ultrasound and they guesstimate 7lbs 2 oz + or - 1/2 lb!
At my last sonogram on 11/28, they estimated my little one at approximately 4 1/2 lbs. I'm assuming he'll be between 5 - 5 1/2 by the time he's born. I had my week 38 appointment yesterday and had actually lost 2 lbs. which they said was normal and a sign that I'm not too far off. They declined to tell me exactly what "not too far off" meant though, the ba$tards. ;)
My mother-in-law claims that driving on bumpy roads helped my husband be born, but she didn't quite get it that roads, as well as shock systems in cars have drastically improved since 1978. ;)
