Tubby!

Congratulations for being COTD, Tubby!
You are a very handsome cat!:eek: You remind me a cat I had when I was a student (he was also black with a white spot). Of course, I was not allowed to have a pet in the dormitory, but I faught for the right to have it even with the Dean, so... I found him (at the time, I thought her) at the entrance door, so tiny and hungry. I guess, he was about 4 weeks old. We named him Marisabel:D. Well, I left for 2 weeks home and when I came, I realized he was not a she and we all agreed to call him Kuzea.
Once again, congrats and have a long, long happy life!:D

I MISSED IT!!! :( :( :( :( :(

We left early Friday morning for a weekend away, and look who's COTD! I can't believe I missed Tubby's day! On Mondays I normally check out the weekend COTD if I haven't had a chance to keep up over the weekend. Boy was I surprised when I clicked on "Previous Cats" and saw Tubby's name! I hadn't even had a chance to collect my mail so I hadn't even seen the email from Karen telling me to watch for Tubby!

Thanks everyone for all your wonderful comments. Tubby will definitely get extra hugs, smoochies and butt pats tonight - and all week to try and make up for missing his special day. Unfortunately we can't give him milk anymore, but I'll think of some special treat for him. He was extra sticky velcro ;) last night after we got home. He wouldn't let me out of his sight and was most content when I carried him around as I was unpacking. Anyone ever try unpacking while carrying a cat around? :rolleyes:
