The older dog, (besides it probably will have pee issues as it is older) so it does not really matter either way really.

Ocean is WAY too salty, a chlorinated pool in my yard!

A huge house on a tiny yard, at the moment i have a small house on a tiny yard, so as i am not into gardening etc, the smaller the section the better for me.

I'd rather drive because I can't see myself *wanting* to ride my bike anywhere. ;) Though, I'd much rather WANT to ride my bike.. a lot healthier for me.
