I was beginning to feel like the only oldster here as I, too, graduated in '69 :eek: Our motto was: Lovers of sex, drinkers of wine, we were the class of '69 :D I've NEVER gone to any of my reunions, although I do keep in contact with a few who are still alive. Anyone else remember Spanada? :p We actually drank that stuff and lived to talk about it! :eek: :D :rolleyes:

I did get a kick out of skateboards, however. Our generation invented them. We took roller skates and took them apart and screwed the wheels to boards. What fun!!!
My brother would ride his down the halls of the school.
I wipped out going down a hugh hill in our park. Bout ended up in the lake with the ducks. Boy were they surprised! Hee Hee! :D

Spanada was in the same "class" of "wines" as Annie Green Springs, Boone's Farm Apple wine, etc. It was Ernest & Julio's bottled version of Sangria and I'm sure it never saw a real grape :p
We used to drink Strawberry Hill wine. I think it was from Boon's Farm! My favorite was Mogan David wine. :DQuote:

The woman went next door and came back in about twenty minutes with her clothes all torn and with multiple bruises on her face and body.
"What in the tarnation happened?" asked her husband.
"Danged if I know." she replies. "I asked Edith what a specimen was, and she told me to go pee in a bottle. I told her to go fart in a jug and then all hell broke loose."
