Jen, I do eat very healthy from Monday to Friday when I'm working. I have a salad with a bit of protein 4 out of the 5 days. I figure I deserve at least one hot lunch per week. :)
Holidays and weekends are when I seem to fail. Starts out by sleeping in a bit, lurking on PT for hours and having a late breakfast. Then my whole schedule is blown off track. I spent last Saturday home all day housecleaning and am very embarrassed :o :o by the number of times I opened up the fridge door. :eek: :eek:
