Neighbors! I go through Modesto quite a bit *mostly just because lol*. I plan on going to San Fran next year to go see some baseball games! Maybe sooner if theres a Northern CA PT meeting....*hint hint hint lol*

He's lived in Rowlett since 96 but he lived in Garland for about 8 years before that. He and his wife are talking about buying a new house and I think they are looking somewhere a bit more north of where they are now. Last time I was there was Dec. 2002 so maybe I will be back before too long.
