Oh Kim - we were there for the whole labor - then Dennis and I left and sat behind the curtain but could hear - heard those first cries and they play Brahm's Lyllaby throughout the maternity floor for each new birth and we stood there with tears flowing, hugging and blubbering like all get out!! Such an emotional and touching moment and later to hold her, I was just thrilled beyond belief because she gazed right up at my face and stared and stared at me. So I cried all over again. Hard to believe she is here. Oh you wait until your turn - what a miraculous event and gift of God - no way else to explain it.
