I'm bumping this thread back up because.......it's ACTUALLY happening!!! It's only been 2 years, and finally, finally, finally, our kitchen is ripped up!! They got the new sliding glass door in today, and progress has started! :D

LOL! Anna I've never heard someone be so happy their kitchen is ripped up;):p

I'm very happy for you, can't wait to see what it looks like finished!!!

The kitchen has been in use for quite a while now and it works very well. Unfortunately, it's hard to see much of it since my daughter doesn't believe in putting anything IN the cupboards.

I used a sheet of formica on the wall next to the cooktop so it would be easy to clean. Wish I had done that at my house between upper and lower cupboards.

I can't wait to see your progress. Unfortunately, I can't see your pictures.

Have fun with the re-model. It's a blast. I just remodeled the tv room and kitchen in my house. I can't see the pics now either so I hope you re-post them after the job is done :)
