I just had the best lunch! A couple of "new" Seasprite helicopters landed on the parade ground, and Shane took me over to see them because he used to work with the crew.

Ah, that explains why I don't recognize the name. College basketball - not high on my priority list. However....we watch a lot of public TV and the other night they had girls basketball on - High School girls basketball! :eek: I guess it was the playoffs for "State." The weather here is really nasty too. We've had rain for a couple of days and tomorrow I'm told it's the storm of the century with high winds and thrashing rain and I'm staying in for the day.

Terry just got back from being on the road for two days. His snotty little girl (Peanut) misses him so bad when he's gone. She was sitting here by me under her heat lamp, but not even two seconds after he sat down his chair she jumped down and went running over to him. Now she has been happily sitting in his lap for about the last 15 minutes or so.
Tubby's asleep in his bed at the other end of the couch, so not much going on over here.
So, how's it feel to have a full two weeks off? I can't imagine. It's going to be sooo hard for you to go back to work on Monday - at least it would be for me.
Thanks for the drink, here have some popcorn, it's yummy! Orville pops up some pretty mean popcorn. I'll put another log on the fire. Sure is good that Richard cut all this a few weeks back so we wouldn't run out.

As far as work is concerned, I've been monitoring my email from home this whole time and I admit I have been "working" a bit while on holiday. Why???? Just because I can. Monday is not going to be nice at all, that's why I've got to get all the Pet Talk I can now.
