Unfortunately Dan's dad didn't take me out today. :( I did all my laundry, showered and sat here waiting, and then he called and said he couldn't do it. :( Then I noticed my Pepper (dwarf hamster) was ill with a URI, and so she had to go to the vets. She lost another baby, and isn't doing so well. Then a friend of mine came over and took me out to Taco Bell, along with Dylan and took me to the Petstore (talk about a cool birthday present eh? :D) to buy some things for the ratties and some crickets for Geicko. Pepper seems to be a little more perky since her meds were given to her.
Tomorrow though, Dan's dad promised to take me clothes shopping, which is really cool! And......while at the petstore I hang up a poster of Mystic (still no sign of him. It's like a never ending bad dream) and then talked about working there as a groomer starting this Friday. I still need to decide if I want to go back to work, especially grooming. But it's a good thing, since my old boss works there I have a on hand reference lol. :p
I just got back a little bit ago and think I will take it easy for the rest of the day, clean my one rat cage, take a nice warm bath and then go to bed..............after my bought of PT addiction of course!

By the way what is a Madagascar Hissing Cockroache? LOL, I am very dumb, and very curious too. Wow at the same time too!

Just about everything lol. Meat, veggies and fruits, dead leaves. They hiss too, although mine don't do it half as much as I would like. They are really neat to watch, a fascinating pet. :)
They look better than the roaches I have seen, if you know what I mean. So what do you keep them in?
You do have a big, big heart Cass, I just noticed a caterpillar was crawling across my floor, and my 18 year old daughter wanted to keep it as a pet, she was worried that Grover would kill it because she had been playing with it earlier. Anyway I ended up putting it outside, so Grover wouldn't kill it. LOL.
Anyway I am glad you posted the pictures of them, I forgot how to spell what they are, but anyway thanks. I guess you don't have to worry about what you feed them. That is great.:)

They live in a ten gallon terrarium with my gecko. :) They are beautiful roaches. The males actually have bumps on their body that they use to fight with, and the other day I actually saw them challenging eachother lol. It's really funny watching roaches play king of the mountain. :p I do not like the roaches that infect our houses, they creep me out. I like these because they are a lot bigger, and they actually have personalities. One is very hyperactive and loves to run when out and is always the first one to eat, and the other is really laid back and will just hang out with me. Their really smart lol. :) They also get dog and cat food too, and especially love the moist cat food.
