Randi, I like this story much better. I read the other one but Dickens tends to be a little 'wordy' sometimes and I get lost.
This story reminds me of the tale (and even a song) about a young man who picks up a girl at a party, loans her his sweater and gives her a lift home. When he goes back to get his sweather, her father/mother says she's been dead for a year that very night. When he gets to the cemetery, there is his sweater, on her grave.:eek:
