Well thank you very much! We are really hoping for Brian to be here for the birth but not sure how it will all work out. He is to get his mid-tour leave in January but not knowing exactly when this baby will be born kind of makes it hard to even try to plan it out. Plus, his leave will be whenever they want to give it to him. But we keep hoping and praying! The baby is due on January 11th according to the doctors. Guess we'll see what he or she really decides to join the world though to know for sure!

Thank you for sharing the pics. What a brave young husband you have, it's great to have such young men as himself, defending this country. For extreme lack of a better word, please tell him, "thanks." I hope he gets to be there for the birth of your child. I can't wait to see your beautiful newborn. Be sure to post pics, once born. :)

Aww!!! I love seeing the strong couples that go on even though their SO is overseas. You are a very brave woman!! I love the pics, congrats on the baby!!!! I watched a maternity ward show once and it showed a woman whose hubby was over seas and she called him, and he called back later that day... and he didn't know it but he had a new daughter!!! I got all teary-eyed. Congratulations again!

Nothing is more beautiful than the glow and love that comes from a pregnant woman.
I thought I would share this poem with you for when your beloved hubby comes home.
Oh, what a beautiful day!
The sun is shining
The birds are singing,
You're home.
My body is alive
For the first time in months.
My heart is beating fast.
You're home.
I look at the phone.
I watch the door.
For now, I have something to look for.
You're home.
And now, as I look into your eyes
And feel your arms around me,
I thank God that
You're home.

Since Christy has posted a picture of her pregnant with her first child, I thought it might be fun for all of you to see me pregnant with her. Christy was born April 2 and this picture was taken sometime in March.

Wish I could see Christy in person as she is carrying her first child. It is hard for a mother to be so far from her "baby" when she is carrying her first "baby. We are certainly hoping that Brian makes it home for the birth of this baby. Don't know what I would have done with out Christy's dad helping me get through her birth.
