I had a HECK of a time finding the right foor for Sierra, the right food I found was a combo. Pro Plan Lamb & Rice and Pedigree.
Sierra has a VERY VERY senstive tummy!! and has never gained much weight.
I've already had blood drawn to check for EPI, and that's not the proble. Her vet says she's just a healthy skinny girl!!!
I may look into the BARF diet, but I don't know how her tummy would do!! Maybe that will be the best thing for her though!!

Nature's Recipe Venison and Rice and ground white meat of chicken. My 'dales had corn meal allergies-cornmeal made them act like demented fools-we had a difficult time finding uncornmeal food-I live in the Midwest-yup we grow a lot of corn in Indiana!

Ringo gets puppy Iams, but you might want to ease your dog onto another food instead of a complete change all of a sudden. When I was switching products I would feed Ringo a little bit of both foods and he still was a little sick.:(

we feed Purina Pro Plan adult (Occasionally) only because we get it for free , we win it at Flyball comps and all 3 dogs like it. clover used to be on Supercoat adult untill we started to get huge bags of purina for free.
but other than that they only get home cooked meals, Beef, Vegies, Pasta or Rice. and for treats they get dried liver, special dog chocs (for training only) and fruit and raw vegies.
all 3 are quite healty, clover has not had a problem with her skin for years since switching to a more natural diet ~Cheers~ :D
ohh has anyone used a food called Bistro????? j/w as our pet food supplier has just started getting it in.
