Ewwwww jello. I can't stand the texture. Blecky.

HOWEVER, I have played jello twister.... (pie plates filled with appropriate jello colors...)

My HS band use to have a fun day right before school would begin...jello twister was a favorite.

(One year my best friends and I --we were on the council-- replaced the carmel-covered apples with carmel-covered onions! :eek: :D )

I miss marching/symphonic band -- fun stuff! I certainly don't miss the gawdy-burnin' HOT-super stanky uniforms or marching in 100+ weather or the long, stanky bus rides though! (I hate the smell of diesel!)

Zippy I know what you mean. I hated those uniforms with the stupid sash and cape and the ugly hat with the huge feather. But I still had a lot of fun, we took cool trips and I met lots of fun people. And now music is paying for my education, so I guess I can't complain. :)

Another band geek here! Although I hated that at the time, what I wouldn't give to be able to be trapped on that crowded, sweaty, stank bus in our ugly uniforms or sweating my brains out in 100+ degrees on the black asphault holding a drum!
