Well after watching the show last night, i reckon both of them were lacking in a couple of songs, their last ones did it though for both of them, but Clay baby u ROCK, i honestly dont see one creepy thing about him, and i really looked hard.
I dont think it will be judged on how they look, and to be honest i agree with Simons comments to clay , u were ugly and now you are handsome, besides Rueben is a very large man, and that would be unfair to judge him on that, and say hey u cant be the American Idol because u are too fat even though u have an amazing voice.
Well they are both great singers , and both will do well in the future, and all i can say MAY THE BEST MAN WIN CLAY BABY:D

I think both deserve to win! They are wonderful singers and have been great from day one! I don't know how anyone could ever decid between them.

I don't think he's creepy at all.
Ruben is good too, but I have to pick Clay.
It's not just his looks, specifically, but the fact that he (to me) has no soul, no depth and that makes him creepy. Trust me, Ruben is no looker either...but he comes across as a better personality, and we all know that being a pop star is about having something that lures you in.
