It's great to know that Tina hasn't had any accidents in the last two days. However, if possible, and since you already have an appointment with the vet, he should take a look at her to prevent any further problems.

Oh yes, there's no way I'd cancel the appointment now!
In a way, this almost points more towards some kind of infection than old age, doesn't it? I mean, if it was old age causing this, she should be peeing inside everynight no matter what, but if it was/is an infection it might have its ups and downs.
