I'm so sorry to hear that your Uncle isn't doing any better. We are thinking of putting my Mom in an elderly care center. She's getting so forgetful.:(
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...indowtime1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...airstretch.JPGFritz this morning in the window and in my chair all stretched on his back.Last night,had a snooze under the blanket then under the couch,had Iams bones as he hadn't finished supper,he did that before bed again.He first went to sleep with Mom and at 1:30 this morning ,he wandered out to the living room,Mom went after him,asking if he needed a drink or to go out,hid under the table,so Mom went back to bed,he came a few minutes later and jumped on my bed and slept in various parts of the bed,beside me or at the end of the bed.Went to Mom's bed after getting up.He had some cereal and toast ,was in the chair with me,now on the couch,Mom went to a funeral of a lady from church who passed away last week.May be up in the 60's by Friday but Sunday it goes down to 43 ,maybe a rain snow mix,,maybe the same for Monday and Tuesday next week,one guy said it was going to be 54 another 43 so who knows.
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...mychairbeg.JPGFritz begging to get up in my chair this morning.Had to get him downstairs lsast night with a piece of weiner,was under the dining room table,didn't eat all his supper again,relies on our food too much.he had a couple of Iams bones last night then snoozed under the couch.He went to the living room after going up,he was growling after we went to bed so got a weiner again and took him to bed andwas quiet.He was with me in the chair then went to the window,was there a few minutes and all of the sudden got down and went under the table to bring up,he got out and then brought up in front of the couch ,more fluid than anything ,a little food then put him out,then he went to Mom on her knee while she talked to Marlene.I just was up there and he was by himself in the chair flipped over on his back.Nice and sunny her,going up to 57 ,66 by Saurtday,46 on Sunday ,maybe rain,same for Monday and Tuesday 43,43 on Wednesday also .
Look how cute you are, sweetie!! I love the way you sit up and beg. It's a great trick that D and D don't know. As a matter of fact, they don't know any tricks.:rolleyes: Be a good boy and stay cozy. The weather sounds like it could be chilly and rainy. Great pictures , Barry!!:D
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../curltime3.JPGFritz curled up under the pillow this morning.He slept until 10 to 8 this motrning,Taffy was here but all Fritz did was sleep and have some Iams bones and water.The dinner show Malrene and Larry went to ran late as one of the actors was sick and then another person had to read the lines so it went longer than expected,they got here to get Taffy around 11:30.Taffy and Fritz got along,Taffy left one wet spot on the carpet,other than that fine,Mom took her out twice,then she would snooze on the big couch or the small one,Fritz would be underneath,he scratched the carpet under there and Taffy didn't know what to make of it.Mom's cousin and his wife came by for a visit,they have been meaning to since Dad passed away and finally came.They had just got back from being in Florida for 4 and a half months.had a nice visit,had ot watch Fritz,he stayed next to me.They have a Pomeranian named Brandy,it growls Evelyn the cousin's wife when she gets mad at her.Fritz didn't have breakfast,cuddled with me in the chair,probably still on the couch snoozing where I saw him a few minutes ago.
Oh, Fritz! If it were my chair you were begging to get up on -- I'd give in right away!
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...comfybeddy.JPGFritz htis monring snoozing in my bed.He started out in the living room in my chair,hear dhim fgrowl so got some weiner,got him with Mom,after a few minutes went out to the kitchen,needed a drink,had his drink, went back to bed and he followed soon after with me either sleeping in front of a pillow or at the end of the bed.this morning he got real close to me paws up in the air.After getting up,he headed straight to his "hole",after this went to Mom's bedroom when she went to the hairdressers,I tried to get him go out he growled but I carried him out and put him out,he ended up back there ,we went shopping.Mom talked to Auntie Bev,she is doing better,not as tired,she has rare disease something like arthritis and has to talke medication for it for theh rest of her life.She hopes they can get down her when she done with visits to the doctor.Mom also talked to my Aunt,he is still the same doesn't talk,one of their sons is coming from British Columbia to help out.A couple of flowers are starting to come out,,right now 68,same tomorrow,in the forties for the few days and rain Monday and Tuesday.I went out to try and cut the lawn to make it look a little better before i really get at it,I had changed the oil in the lawn mower,got it going finer on one pull,got one pass done and started smoking and backfired then quit,might be too much oil,hope we down't need a new mower,just got this in September and the engine may not be covered by a warranty,a little disappointed in myself for this.

Awwww!! What a cutie pie you are Fritz. Sitting up begging is the cutest thing!! I hear you're getting some weiners pretty frequently with those tricks. What will we do with you. Be a good boy!!:D
I'm glad to hear Auntie Bev has gotten a diagnosis but sorry to hear it isn't good. I will pray that she has more good days than bad. I can imagine how much discomfort she's in. Sorry to hear about your Uncle too, Barry. Poor fella. Bless him. I'll include him in my prayers as well.
Barry, I hope the lawn mower is okay. I did that once too and worried myself sick over it. It was ok after it sat for a day. I know how you feel.:( I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/.../hideydog6.JPGFritz this morning on Mom's bed,head buried under ther blanket.Mom couldn't get the bed fully made,he was at the end of it snoozing.He finally got off,too late for breakfast.He went to bed with after I had to get him after he got of bed and un der the table,got a weiner and got him back.it may have been then he left a wet spot by the dining chair,not happy with.Had his snooze behind the couch in his "hole" and then on Mom's bed when we went with Larry to take the Lawn mower to a small engine place.They are two weeks behind so will have to be patient and maybe have to borrow my Uncle's lawn mower if I have to cut anyone's.Had some of a Hot dog with me for lunch ,now upstairs in the living room.Having Subs for supper,Mom going to a Auction at church tonight,I think both Marlene and Larry are going too.

http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...sittinout1.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...sittinout2.JPG http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/...ideyfritz1.JPGFritz sitting out on the patio last night and this morning under the pilow on Mom's bed.I was running water in the tub for a bath,Fritz picks this time to go out and sit on the patio,he does the same with Mom when she does dishes.He stayed upstairs on Mom's bed,barking some of the time.She had a good time at the auction,bought some Tea biscuits,Larry bought some paintings and golf balls,his brother Frank golfs.Fritz came dowen when Mom came home,had some sort of snack,then looked at me ,I didn't have what she had then he went under the little couch.He went when we did.He went to my bedroom,the was going to Mom's ,I was going to help him get up and he took off,had to get a piece of weiner,running out of that,going to be Bologna the next time.I got him to bed where he stayed and he was right under the pillow this morning.He had breakfast,he ahd a brushing from me,Mom combed out his ears,were tangled a bit,now with her in her chair.He will go to Mom's bed when we go to church.Rain tomorrow 45,showers Tuesday and morning showers Wednesday and 52,59 on Thursday and Sunny,Friday,64 and Sunny.
I agree with you, Fritz, it is a perfect day for a nap!
