We were spoiled today. It was only -15 so everyone was happy.
Forget that! I had to work last night and it was 28 degrees out...positively tropical when compared to what you have to deal with! I was really uncomfortable, even dressed warmly. I can't imagine the amount of layers you have to wear!
I can't even wrap my brain around that!
At least its warming up out there.

From the Fairbanks Fred Meyer earlyer today. Actualy it was from the 3rd.[/EDIT]
Yikes! That's beyond cold! Stay warm, okay?
We would have welcomed that a few times at Ft Drum.
-38 is too warm to stop training.
-50 we could call it off.
BLUE
how are you doing?
-29 this morning, -9 at work, 1 above on the jobsight, -4 tonight. After a cold day of work I am glad to have a nice warm house. It'll warm up later in the week.
Blue, I think you could use a Florida vacation. It's time to thaw out. You are actually working in that??? How does one get to work when it's that cold? You Alaskans are real troopers.
-31 this morning.
Work goes real slow at these temps as we are constantly warming up in front of the heater.
Slipped on some ice yesterday at the shop, sitting at home nice and warm today with a pulled muscle in my back.
Some of those unreal temps made the news on MSNBC. I absolutely
could not live in weather like that.
