I wasn't trying to roll my eyes at you, or make fun of you... I simply don't understand someone wanting to get a service for free whether it was early or late. I could understand them giving a partial refund for the delivery being not on time. That would be acceptable... and there's probably a clause somewhere on their website or where ever, that gives them leeway for early/late deliveries, especially when it concerns holidays like this one.Quote:
