Kimmy,
I like them all, you have really nice taste!
Here are my votes/suggestions:
- Style #3 SHORT: is my favorite and would look really nice on you, including the color.
- Style #4 & #5: I like both these styles. The color is pretty, but it really needs some more dimention in the form of high- and/or low-lights. (Highlights are with a lighter color, as in blonde or strawberry blonde. Low-lights are with a darker color, in this case, dark red, auburn.) I think a mixture of both high- and low-lights would make this color look really nice. Multi-tones will make the existing color less shocking and a tiny bit more natural. This color is really FUN and it would be fun to play with the high/low-lights.
- Style #7: I like the style...the color, as in #4 and #5 is too bland. It needs some high/low-lights in whatever colors you like. It would be pretty with some dark blonde and maybe even strawberry blonde too.
I can't wait to see what you choose and how it turns out. You'll look gorgeous and Andy will LOVE it!
Hugs, Kelly :)

:D
I picked a dark red for color and there are a few light highlights in. I didn't want streaks so we didn't leave the frost on long. :) I know it doesn't show up well in the low light but just wanted to show off the cut.
Mom said since my hair is so thick it won't look exactly like the photo, but we could even layer some more off once I get used to it. She didn't want to take off too much. ;)

Thanks! :)
Andy was very surprised but immediately said he liked it and that it was a good look for me. :)

Looks great! I wonder if it'll "fluff up" tomorrow, once it adjusts to the lack of weight! It'll surely feel weird for the next few days when you wash your hair, the "now where's the rest" sort of feeling! :)
-
Very flattering color & style, Kim! You're brave - that's a lot of hair to lose in one cut. You look mah-ve-lous!
-
oh I love it!
I love it more than the old look! it makes your face so much thinner!
-
Your new hair style and color look great.:) So did you save the hair that was cut off? If so maybe you could donate it to locks of love.
-
I love it! I had missed this thread before, but I think that the result looks better than any of the choices at the beginning. It looks absolutely fabulous on you. :D I hope you enjoy it yourself.

Kim you look FANTASTIC! I love it:D

You look very classy. Long hair is beautiful, to be sure, but it seems that men like it on women more than we like it on ourselves. It's a pain to take care of and as we get older, it tends to drag the face down. Of course, you're still young, so you look great no matter the length. I, for one, think you made a wonderful choice and you look sophisticated and upscale. Very, very nice indeed. :)

I just love it. It has a fresh and young look to it. As for the color, I think your own color was just fine, but, hey, a little variety is fun too.
