http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-.../chairpals.jpg http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-.../curlfella.jpg Fritz on Mom's lap last night,Mom was talking to a friend of ours ,the friend just had to put their Collie down who was 14.Fritz this morning ,nose tucked into Mom's bedspread.Last night,Mom went up,then he hurried and followed,thinking i had gone up.He then scurried back down and on the back of the chair.As soon as i turned the TV off,he was off like a shot and up the stairs.I stopped in the washroom first,he came back down to wait for me and as soon as I came out he floowed me up to my bedroom and slept on the bedspread and was quiet all night.When he got up,he went to Mom's bed and curled up.he then came out had toast and cereal from e,toast from Mom,tyhen outside and come in and had a drink.he has been barking at kids waiting for the school bus,has just been barking again,thinking someone ias coming.Getting a Thunderstorm this afternoon,Fritz will get uneasy and need a pill ,same for Sunday.The Aunties are coming next Friday and staying until Saturday,next Sunday being Mom and Fritz's birthdays.Mom will be 77 and Fritz will be 5.I have one lawn to cut up the street and that is it.It is 70 right now and it is just 9 a.m.

Oh Fritz, I can't wait till your birthday! I hope you get lots of presents.

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-...cozynapper.jpg http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-...4/leggynap.jpg Fritz snoozing on the carpet and up on Mom's leg.As soon as Mom crosses her legs,Fritz gets up and lays on them.He heard thunder and got a pill,still was uptight after that.Never got the rain,supposed to be tomorrow now with rain and possible thunderstorms .Had his supper,got some of my Kentucky Fried Chicken,Mom was at a Potluck dinner for hospital volunteers and she got a certificate for doing hospital gift shop for 17 years.Fritz is having an early snooze.I ended up doing my sister's lawn,hadn't been done in 2 weeks,they have had water problems and the lawn mover they brought back from the cottage doesn't work yet,Larry hasn't got around to looking at it and I took ours in my truck,having to fold the handle and have a neighbor help me lift it up.

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-.../dreamyboy.jpg http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-.../cerealboy.jpg Fritz having adreamy nap on Mom's bed this morning and having my cereal in the livingroom.he came to bed with me,waits until I turn the lights off,he wanders around the room as bit,then layed down.He heard some noise when he went up to bed,kids were outside and it was after 10 at night.Around 4:30 this morning,Fritz heard a noise outside,could have been the paper and he yipped a little,not bad and he stayed there for an hour before he went back to Mom.He was tucked in next to Mom in the chair while I had breakfast.About 10 minutes or so after I had breakfast and came down here,he had mine.He then got with Mom in a chair by the window,she was reading the paper,he was across her lap.Mom finally had to move to go make the beds.

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-...4/hideynap.jpg Fritz laying under my bed early this afternoon.Mom went with Marlene and Larry to get a couple of shrubs for either side of the front step.helped Larry take out 2 other shrubs,they were turning brown,so will get two more,one at the north end of the flower bed near the garage and the other at the south end by the front window.We went out to supper with Marlene and Larry,Taffy went for the ride. I had Spaghetti and Meatballs and Garlic bread,before that it was Ceasar Salad,Mom had a Pita Wrap and Broccoli Soup,Marlene had some sort of Pasta,Larry had the Spaghetti too with Broccoli Soup.I had Chocolate Ice Cream for dessert,Larry had Mackintosh Ice Cream.Saved Taffy some Spaghetti and Meatballs,Fritz got some of the Pita of mom's with his supper he didn't finish.He is now snoozing under the little couch.

Fritz, watch out for the dust bunnies!

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-...4/footcozy.jpg Fritz laying at Mom's feet,keeping her feet warm this morning.He went there after sleeping on the bedspread.Followed me last night from the kitchen to the bedroom,everything was fine until he heard a Motorcycle rev up and off he went barking,he finally came back and somebody had fireworks going and that got him yipping,not for long and he soon settled down.A calendar fell off the wall and that startled him briefly,then back to sleep he went .He had toast and cereal with mer,sat and begged for it.I just saw him upstairs all fours in the air,Mom was having toast wasn't bothering her yet.Getting some rain today so it should help the Impatiens we planted,the shrubs and the Orange Mandarin plant.

OMG...Fritz looks like a little puppy in that picture! Don't you think? He's so adorable.

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-.../stareyboy.jpg Fritz staring out the window,his reflection staring back.There was someone going door to door in the rain,wanting to aerate the lawn,putting hole in it so the grass will get moisture.He has already been around here once, we said no,don't know why he came back around to our neighborhood again.Fritz stayed in the window when we went to church and was there when we got back.Supper was what we brought home from the restaurant,I had Spaghetti,Mom Broccoli Soup,Fritz had a little of his own.We went and got Blizzards at Dairy Queen,I had a Smarties and Mom a Crispy Crunch.Fritz had a little of the Ice cream from mine,then Mom gave him some Strawberry Ice Cream in a dish.Except for eating, he curled up with mom or me and would look at me to keep scratching his chin.Now he is under the little couch snoozing,hasn't come out in 2 hours,maybe once when he heard me come down to watch the Indianapolis 500.

http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2007-.../snuggling.jpg Fritz all snuggled up on Mom's bed this morning.Fritz went up with Mom last night,but he then came to the top of the stairs looking down here,wanting me to go to bed.he did it once more,so I come up and he followed me,then he went to the window not long after i turned out the lights,started barking at someone outside,went to him to tell him be quiet and come to bed,he growled at me instead and he stayed there for a bit and then went to Mom at some point.Fritz came out and crawled up next to Mom in her chair,then eventuallu came to me and had cereal and toast.He is content now in her chair until kids start to come to wait for the school bus.All my American friends have a great Memorial Day today.

Oh Fritz you are having another lazy day aren't you? I have to laugh that you keep Barry in line with a little growl now and then. :)

Barry I was puzzled for a minute when you mentioned that Fritz was going to bark at children going to school. For a minute I forgot that you didn't live in the US because today is a national holiday for us - Memorial Day - where we remember all of the veterans of the wars. We had fireworks nearby last night but tonight will probably be the main night for fireworks and displays. Fortunately my dogs don't mind at all (Ripley usually barks at the noise :rolleyes: ) but I thought of Fritz and knew he wouldn't enjoy being here tonight when it gets loud. :)

Fritz, I am wondering what happens when your Mom needs to un-cross her legs?! Are you okay with getting down? I also like very much the photo of you and your Mom sitting in the chair that has a blue blanket over it. Pictures of you always make me smile! I'm sorry to hear you had an upset stomach, though. I hope that doesn't happen again. Happy Birthday next week, cutie!
