Over. But, I finally realized how ridiculous I was being when I would switch it if it was under...so now I leave it alone, even though it bugs me. Maybe it might bug the other person if I flip it...and it's more work to take it off and flip it than to just use it the way it is. hahaha, way too much thought goes into toilet paper. ;)

I wonder if you could invent wall-mounted spinny toys for cats that are as entertaining as an unrolling roll of TP?
