mail fraud?

umm... I read all of the posts, and everyone seems to know what anthrax is but me....would someone care to explain? Please?

Shortly after the attacks on the US on 11 Sept 2001, someone mailed several envelopes containing anthrax to several media and political figures. The "who" has yet to be determined.

Anthrax is a bacteria, and has deadly effects on humans. It has been weaponized by various countries for use in warfare, most notably the Soviet Union. Someone in the US manufactured a crudely weaponized form of the bacteria, and used it as a terror weapon, with the US Postal Service as the delivery method. 5 Postal workers died in the attack.
