Why do you feel this need to tell him anything at all? What pressure! Just 'go with it'. If something comes of it, it will. If it doesn't, well, then you have a wondrerful friend.
I just don't see the need to tell someone, "I like you". It is probably more than obvious that you like each other, isn't it?
It's just that my friends have been asking me if we're offical yet... because we've been seeing eachother almost everyday.. that's why. The thing is, we've been going with the flow and it's been going pretty good.. w/out any pressure, of course.. AND we are both shy. He told me if I'm nervous, then he is nervous.. so I try not to be that way around him.
honey, if you aren't authentically yourself around him, in every way, you're an actress, not a friend. and you cannot be an actress and be truly involved with someone. one month is very very early days, you barely have a chance to know more then superficial things about him, and he about you. if your friends are oressuring you to declare your feelings for THEIR benefit, it's their issue not yours. have fun, but don't rush, you have all the time you need.

Aww I love love stories, I want to keep knowing more and how you guys are doing. I guess I like hearing that girls can fall in love and be happy because before a guy made me feel like dying when I thought we were for each other and he even talked about marriage and everything...well its a long story and a very sad ending one, but ever since then I have no trust in guys and always feel like there will never be such thing as true love for me. I"m sure that's probably not true, but after what happened with the one I thought was for me for life, I have always felt that way. So this thread makes me smile and so happy for you that you and Mike seem meant to be, I hope that you two keep seeing each other and laughing together:)
I have to agree with others. If things are going well, leave it that way and keep enjoying it. Kinda like the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Keep on going with the flow and everything will fall into place.
Some guys seem to feel uncomfortable when they feel a little shift in the way things are going. You know what I mean? ;)
Just relax and let it happen. Ralph and I were friends for 3 years and then "dated" for about 8 months before we made it exclusive. Not that either of us were really seeing other people too often anyway, but it worked for us. Relax have fun and Enjoy it!!!

Yesterday morning, Mike woke me up with a blueberry bagel & muffin with orange juice... He went to work at 6:30am and on his break, he thought I'd be hungry so he just stopped by to surprise me with breakfast and he went back to work. he said that he didnt know what I wanted, a blueberry bagel or muffin so he got both so I can just pick or eat both..
I've never had a guy do that for me.
