I don't know too much about poodle colors, but I work at a pet boarding facility and we have a lot of poodle guests. The ones that are the color of Kirby and Molli seem to usually be called cream. I 'think' the medium reddish color is usually apricot and the dark ones are reds. I don't know if that's right though. I've never heard of poodle being referred to as a party poodle. I've heard of other breeds as a party color, especially cockers. My friend has a poodle that she calls an apricot, he's a really rich color, yet not dark. Again, I don't really know too much about them, this is just what I see most at work.
Anyway, my dogs colors are-
Charlie- black & tan
Bisty- orange sable
Buster- chocolate & tan
Nacey- fawn
Nova- orange sable
Lemon, and soon a blue and tan :D .
Dogs I own :
3 buff cockers
1 chocolate & white cocker
1 choc. sable cocker
1 black cocker
1 blonde cocker
2 black & white(Springer & Pointer)
Dogs I handle in agility but do not own:
1 light tan(?) and white rat terrier mix
1 nova scotia duck tolling retriever(do they cal their color red?)
1 black & white border collie
Beanie is a reddish color and Gracie is grey and white.
Maggy is B&W(Border Collie)
Lacy is a Red Tri (Australian Shepherd)
Molly is Black and a little White (Newfoundland)
