OH NO!! We would be, at best, a wildcard, which means we would play every game on the road....that should tell you how long we'd be around if we make it! lol
congrats to the winners this weekend.....
LOL I was in PIGSKIN HEAVEN!!!
I even ditched work on saturday to watch the games....
What the HECK happened to New Orleans??
I almost died......
I hope the game isn't cancelled tonight......
I admire Bret Favre for choosing to play tonight. I would have understood if he decided not to. His dad taught him football; what better tribute than to go and whup up on Oakland (sorry, Raider Nation!)

I spent 10 years sitting with those buffoons in lost angeles.........talk about misunderstood???
more like MISDEMEANOR and PAROLE......
that and the fact that My Pal Al had a chance to put Favre into a black jersey.......
Please don't start me.....;)
We'll compare notes tomorrow!!!
Good Luck and may the best.....Aw, hell.......
Packers win!!!
Don't be talking like that, Richard! I need those Raiders to win tonite!!! Counting on them to help out my Vikings. It would really be nice if the Raiders could pull this one off.
Robin :)
Sorry Robin...this win should be for Bret and his dad!!
It's 14-7 after the first quarter. Green Bay!
Did anyone hear if he dedicated the game to his dad?
Well, sorry Richard...your Raiders took a shelaking!! 41-7! WOW.
Oh and Ditka said that he did dedicate the game to his dad.
And I was disgusted when that stupid wench went down after the game and stuck that microphone in his face. I know he agreed to it, but that's just because he's gracious. It was tacky to ask in the first place.
Well, now it's going to be interesting in the Kendall house....GB and Seattle's hopes for the playoff follow a very similar path.
I've always been a Raider's fan, too. And I like the Colts.
It's hard to play with a big psych-out like last night.

we WOULD have mailed that game in but I have the feeling it would have come back 'postage due'.
Lisa "G", the on the field twit was a Fox sports net twit that began as a news reader here on the left coast....You may have seen her on the Best Damn Sports Show.......
To say she is a 'talent' would be far too kind and giving her too much credit.
Bring back Leslie Visser.
So who won the game last night?
I missed it...;)
another HUGE football weekend
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY..
no monday night game tho...:( it's on saturday night...:)
OMG!!! THE HAWKS WIN ON THE ROAD!!! 24-17
Well, it's out of their hands now. Nicole, there are 3 ways that they can get in the playoffs....Minnesota lose, Green Bay lose, or Dallas lose and a strength of victory advantage.
I think I choose Dallas losing and strength of victory or Minnesota losing although I know that opinion will get me killed on here! lol EEWWW....ok....maybe not, Dallas plays the Saints........
You act surprised that the Seahawks won, Molly! I had faith...I picked to win :)
Now tomorrow, Go Bengals, Go Steelers!!!

you get to yell like that in the house???
Dont you love the playoffs???
That catch was pretty incredible.....I thought.....'oh no.....'
Tomorrow never knows....
Which one? The touchdown pass or the 49ers catch? They were both incredible, but the announcers were right that catch on the sidelines was amazing. I can't imagine having the concentration to have 3 BIG guys coming at me a foot from the sideline and STILL make a catch. I'm glad he caught it, but I'm also glad it wasn't a first down.
You know....this is going to be the thread I miss most when the end of January comes.
