Ok, this worried mommy just called the vet again. Angels fever is down a bit and she even ate a little. :)
I will call back around 9 in the morning but at least she is showing signs of improving. Thanks for loving my little girl!!! :love:

I just got home and read the update about Angel just lying there and I didn't want to read any farther. Thank goodness she's improving. I'll sleep tonight. You must have been so worried. We'll keep those prayers going, though, and you keep the faythe. :love:
I'm glad she's showing some signs of improvement. Please don't hesitate to send me the vet info and I will call and gladly give some money towards her treatment. She is a special baby and deserves every penny of my $ if needed. Prayers being said for you MOFF and Angel and that we get a good update in the am.

I'm sorry to hear that she's so sick.:( Lots of prayers and positive thoughts are being sent her way.
Just got the call from the vet tech. The vet does surgeries on Tuesday mornings so couldn't talk to me but gave the tech the ok to call me.
She said Angel is like an entirely different kitty!!! :D She will be on antibiotics but at least she will be home.

It is so funny watching her chase her tail. She starts like any normal cat going round and round, then drops to the floor and rolls like a ball chasing it. So funny to see! She does manage to catch it from time to time.Quote:

No pics today. We had a slight set back. She was fine at supper but when she ate some dry food before bedtime, it came back up.
That happened a couple of times. It did dawn on me she could keep water down with no problem so I figured her tummy just wasn't ready for much food yet. I gave her a spoonful of juice from a can of people tuna. She kept it down fine. Later I gave her another spoonful with a bit of tuna in it this time. All was fine. Then a gave her a tiny bit of kitten kibble that was left over from before she became a "big" girl. That stayed too.
She ate a small bit of wet cat food for breakfast and it's stayed down.
I did call the vet, just in case. She said just keep giving her small snacks. Her little tummy was so empty, it's just trying to adjust to food again.
So, we are heading in the right direction. I just wish I could get more of her med down her. She fights like a tiny tiger. sheesh :love:

I don't know if you have access to any or to get to the store, but when one of mine was sick in their tummy I gave her chicken and turkey baby food for a few days to let her adjust to food again. It worked great because it was bland, too. I'm so glad she is feeling better and is back home w/ you guys....
