My Dr. just told me I shouldn't allow my kitties to sleep at my head because of my allergies. All I could say is OH OH!
Cats = 1 (or 3)
Allergies = 0
MoFF, how is Angel today after her vaccinations? And, how is the "gang up on Grandma" thing? I hope that's long gone.

Mainly it's Winnie and Chester. I tried carrying grandma in to the litter boxes and shuting her in so the others couldn't bother her. She hates being picked up so much she started hiding under the be when I went near her. Chasing her around was making her more afraid of me and stressing me out too.
So, now I take a litter box in to her in the bedroom. She has food and water in there. I just put a box in during the ususal "peak" potty times: when she gets up in the morning, after meals, and before bed. Also any time she looks like she may be "looking" for a place to go. If I have to be gone for a while, I put a box in there.
That way I don't have the smell of leaving it in there all the time. Not an ideal situation but workable for now any way. :love:

That is so sweet. I know what you mean about life being sadder. My house isn't the same without Morgan. I keep trying to bring some of my outside kitties inside and it isn't helping very much. I keep wondering what a kitten would do for life around here. I will have to keep that in mind.Quote:

A little over a year ago, we were watching our beloved Tomas grow old and a time came when we knew it was time to make that final trip to the vets. The day before, I was in PetSmart looking for a new scratching post for our other cats when a young lady came up to me and asked if I knew anyone who wanted a kitty. I thought for a second and said, "Maybe." She told me that a pet store in the next town had three kittens who were being given away free to good homes. When I got there, one had already found a home, but there were two left and I fell in love with this mischievious little tuxedo, which I adopted and brought home. My boyfriend fell in love with him immediately! A good thing, too, because his mother died the next day and Tomas was PTS the day after that. Little Buddy kept us going and still does. He is such a character and that little tuxie has grown into a beautiful 17 pounder! The right kitten, like Angel or Buddy, brings sunshine and laughter back into the home. I know you miss Morgan, who wouldn't miss such a great cat? But maybe it's time for a little sunshine in your home.:love:Quote:

You should have seen Angel last night. I have a pair of old sweat pants that I cut off for shorts that I sleep in. The little stinker, came zooming into the front room with the string in her mouth and the shorts flapping out behind her. Looked just like a kid running trying to get a kite in the air.
She zoomed right past Chester and frightened the snot out of him. I was laughing so hard I bout wet myself. ah the life with a kitten!!! :D :love:
