YIPPEE for Tony:D
And nope, don't think Gordon should have been fined at all.
And Richard, I like bumper cars as long as it isn't my guy getting bumped out:p:D
Watch out, boys. Tony found his groove even earlier this year!! Go 20!!!

Wasn't sure where to post this, the baseball 2006 section or the NASCAR section.
Mike Greenwell, former left fielder for the BOSTON RED SOX is going to go racing for Green Light Racing, Taking over Bobby Hamilton Jr's seat.
Maybe his sponsor should be GoodYear Gatorback? (Greenwell's nickname on the sox was Gator)
Anyone see the IROC race last night? Yeah Tony!!! His first win of any type at Texas...hope it carries over to tomorrow, cause he sure didn't qualify well!
Go Mike G..
Thank god he wasn't going racing for Joe Gibbs! ;)
I was on the freeway this morning drafting a car with the #3 and 8 stickers on the rear window.....
I had to pass him because he was going 5 under the speed limit.
Anyone want to see my trophy? :D
I wanted to make a citizen's arrest for false advertising.
I was following a car with a bumper sticker that said " I'm not speeding, I'm qualifying".
I hate to tell them, but they weren't hitting pit road speeds....
Tony may not have been the winner of the race, but did win the Allstate Safe Driver of the Race award (that dang Carl Edwards was "Driving over his head" AGAIN!:p;))
CONGRATULATIONS CUTIE PIE KASEY KAHNE!!!!
A win in IROC, starting 40th and finishing 3rd, and moving from 8th to 5th in points...not a bad weekend for Tony!!!
Damn kids...
they win a race and then they go smoking up the joint!
Congrats #9!
what a great race today...
It looked like lost angeles traffic there at the end!
Did any of you guys see the Nascar Race that was in Pheoniz AZ? I went to it and I thought it was a good one it was surprising that Goodwill one because number 17 subway was always first or AAA and like 2 times number 21 Cat and others.

What a race!! Wish I had seen it, instead of listening to it on the radio!! I had a client call with 5 to go..it was real tempting to tell him I would call back in 5 minutes!!!
Not a bad finish for Tony...what is that 3- #2 in a row?
Number 6 for me
Thanks for not posting the winner...I have to go home and review the tape.
Sorry Richard, I didn't think about people taping the race! I won't tell it was :( who wonQuote:

When my parent's went to collect his personal things from work, the guys he worked with gave my dad that certificate to drive at the Petty experience. He asked me to go along, and I am doing the ride along expereince.
While I would give up this experience to have my brother back, reality just won't allow that to happen. We are making this a family trip trip to Michigan International Speedway (with my mom, sister and Jasmine going along as spectators) to remember my brother by doing something he loved. When he was in high school, he worked at a local oil chance place, and used to go with the guys there to help in the pits at the Findlay Dirt Track. He loved cars (espically Trans Ams). One of my best memories with my brother was going to my first NASCAR race, a truck race in Kentucky. I'm sure tomorow will be a day to remember and apart of him will be with us.
Boogity, boogity, boogity...Let's go racing boys!!!!
Ohh, Amy, {{Big Hugs}} for you and the rest of the family. This makes my heart ache, but yet I'm happy that you are going to expierence something that Rob would have loved. I'm sure he will be watching over you all and smiling. I hope you guys have a good time.
{{MORE HUGS}}
P.S. I hope you get some pics to share;)

My weekend was shot..
And WTF?
He's marrying Brooke again? ;)
Hey now Richard, you leave Jeff alone:p
I'm glad he won, but would have been much happier if Tony or Kasey would have won:D
Earlier this week Jimme Johnson was in Hollywood....he burned out a whole
block....he was in a car and laid rubber all the way down a closed section of street..
it was wicked! :D

Even if he's not my favorite, I'm happy Tony won.
I really dislike both the Busch brothers.
Does anyone here like them?
