New look?

I love it! :D I'm a member of another board and the set up is exactly the same, so not hard at all to get used to for me. Great job!

I dont like it, it used to stand out out of all the boards I go to and now it looks EXACTLY the same as every other board I am a member of, I miss all the colours and how it was differnt and stood out from the crowd :(

I really like the new look but it'll take a while to get the "Pet Talk feel" when I come here. It's jsut so different but I know I'll get used to it :) The old one jsut seemed more PTish to me but I guess that's just because I was used to it and like Shayna said, it now looks pretty much exactly like all the other boards.

I LOVE IT! GOOD WORK PAUL AND KAREN, iTS STILL A LITTLE CONFUSING FOR ME BUT I AM SLOWLY GETTING IT! ;)

I haven't had a lot of time to explore yet, but so far I like what I see. :)

Well it will take me a little while to get used to it all as well, as I am one who does not like change that much, but so far it looks good, but i do miss todays threads as well. However some of the features are easier to use I think so that is a good thing for me anyhow ;)

I'm still working on it and hoping I'll adapt soon. Old habits are hard to break but I think it will be great after I get used to it. Thanks Karen and Paul for all your hard work. You guys are so awesome. What the heck.....I just feel thankful that we have this wonderful place to spend our time and I'm very thankful that we're back online ;) :D :)

This is very nice! I like all the colors to.I think this format is much better!

I have been on here nearly an hour now, and really I am finding it much better to use and adapting well, so I think the new look and features are really growing on me. :)

Im not sure what to think of it yet. the other style was much easier on my eyes.(i have issues with white and bright backgrounds) and it makes my eyes do weird things,, so theres a wee bit too much white for me. :(

so so far im liking the other style better.
but this is my first time using the board since the big changes..
maybe itll grow on me in the long run after i get used to it

We have plans to change some of the colors and other things, but just getting the software to upgrade correctly was a tremendous amount of work.

It took me a while to get used to the last change, so I'm sure I'll get used to this. Freaked me out when I logged on! I know it took a lot of hard work to do this!

I love it! The new features are great and make navigating the site much easier. I remember that last upgrade we had. Everything seemed so different, but I loved it and got used to it quickly. I think it is the same deal this time - LOVE IT!

I really appreciate your hard work Karen and Paul, and I do like the new features here. :) However, I don't like the blue textcolor in widescreen mode, I prefer the one in PT mode (the darker one). Also, I'd love to have the background 5-10 % grey, it's more pleasant on the eyes.

Like Jenluckenback, I'd also like to have "Today's active threads" back, this way, we have a lot more clicking to do to. I miss the column with usernames in the left side, as it were before. This way, it seems too "busy". I also, as Barbara and a few others, miss the column with the name of the starter of the thread (that way, the rows could be made less high/tall? I think most of us have screens wide enough to see it all - and we wouldn't have to scroll down so much.

If the line just above the signature dissapeared, it would look better, especially if you want to center it.

Once you're in a Forum, it would also be nice to have the "Pet Talk" font size next to "Other" a little bigger.

It doesn't seem possible to choose someone from your Buddy list to send a PM to, or have I missed something?

Well, that's all I can think of now. Off to explore the rest! :eek:
