I haven't tried mustard. I did have a friend in high school that ate mustard on potato chips. I couldn't quite get brave enough to try it.Quote:

Mo-Mo - yikes - well at least you weren't far from the bathtub, isn't that one of the safer places in a tornado?
As to the bath tub... not in my house. It has windows right in front of it and it's over the basement. I don't go to the basement because it's usually full of water during rain storms plus my gas hot water tank and electical box are there. I'd rather take my chances with the cats in the house (under the bed). I wish I had kept my motorcycle helmet!
Looks like storms are firing up again. Right now they are in Missouri up near Kansas city. This has been such an active spring and we still have June before it calms down. YIKES!
I need a refill on my slushy thingy and more onion rings ... catland's nachos sound good too though!:D
I'll take a serving of each, please and two VMs I'm hungry!!!
anyone see our bartender? I'll get behind the bar here and help.
David - onion rings, nachos and 2 VMs - done.
mo-mo - makes me glad I live here:eek: Maybe a bike helmet or some hockey gear might help? One red slushy for you. I made a double batch of nachos and rings so I'm sure David will share - done.
Corinna - I feel your pain, I'm ready for new furniture too, but I still want that darn kitchen floor replaced first.
robinh - you are now seeing double. done.
tray - a beer for you and of course a beer for Mario.:D
Lynne - see David and mo-mo re:onion rings.
Gini - see Lynne.
<whew>
did I get everyone's orders?
Where is our bartender? Catland, did he go out on strike or what? I haven't heard from him in a long time!!Quote:

did I get everyone's orders?
Yes, but Mario isn't around either.
Maybe Richard took Mario out for a walk - can't you just see it now?
Everyone stopping Richard on the street to talk to Mario.
In the meantime, Mario has his hands in everyone's pocket or purse pinching a few coins.
Hey, folks. I got to come home from work early today because a wall of Hail came through the town. Pulled my van in the garage as Tornado sirens wailed.
Fortunately, the farm is 10 miles from town and most of the hail missed us. Ann put the car and truck in the carport, poor Pandy is still cowering in the bathroom!
How about a pina colada to go with our first ripe apricots? I'll pass the bowl around.
Great Andy!!! *runs over and jumps in Andys lap* I am so happy to see you!!
Please give Andy a pina colada, and give me one too. I am just so happy to see you Andy!!!!!!:D :D
Why Willie, I believe you have missed me. WtoolsA is still broken, but I'm putting up with the weird display settings. I joined Worldstart messageboard this morning before work to post a question about it, maybe someone will help.
So what tunes do you want to hear?
"If you like pina coladas...getting caught in the rain..."
Sounds yummy! The music too.
Wheres Ann? I missed her too!! When you see her, tell her to get over here.
Mario is off somewhere with Richard, I think Mario is picking pockets or something to that effect. Hope he scores some big loot!
**waves**
Hi Andy: Where have you been???? We missed you.
Sorry but I'm only stopping for a minute. Work is really busy right now.
I could really use a double BM but Catland is so busy that I think I'll slip behind the bar and make it myself.
MMMMMM, onion rings. Think I'll warm up some with cheese.
Hi Andy - sorry I've not been around for a while - we've not met before.
Still No Richard? Does anyone knows what goes in a Margarita? I've no idea with these fancy American drinks - only that it tastes superb.
Moff - speaking of potato chips with mustard - I adore french fries with mayonnaise.
Lynne
Hi, Vickie. I've mostly been posting on a giant Doghouse messageboard called
http://www.whistlestopper.com/
Here's a link to a thread called "Sex In Islam"
http://www.whistlestopper.com/forum/...3&goto=newpost
I also have been at a Jazz Guirar messageboard.
Sorry for neglecting PT, I'll try to be more active. So, do you wanna dance?
Andy, just how do you intend on dancing, when I am still sitting in your lap!?;)
What happened here we get the place all spift up last week and now it's like a tomb in here . Are you all getting ready for the long week end? I have to work but it's the start of our busy time Yahoo no more being bored send lots of tourists.
About last night...I guess some things that happen at the cyber-bar stay at the cyber-bar?
My poor computer is having display problems, and I haven't been able to get the normal settings back. It's a parasite called Bubba Wintools, got into Program files\Common files, and it's a booger to get rid of!
"Really, honey," (explaining to Ann) "me and Willie were just working on my computer..."
"The movie wasn't so hot...didn't have much of a plot...we fell asleep, it's 4 o'clock...now we're in trouble deep...Wake up, a little Suzie...Wake up, a little Suzie..."
".... it's time to go home"
Your brother's mad
Your Dad is hot
Our reputation is shot...
Wake up little Suzie
"... it's time to go home"
I've missed you Andy, welcome back!!
I'd like to join in this week, if that's OK! When you have read the following, you can decide what I need to drink.
Last week I went to this yearly beer festival we have in Copenhagen. It all went well, but I got hungry and had a roast pork sandwich and broke a tooth on it!! Not only that, it's the very back one! So .... I've been to the dentist twice and need to go one more time - yesterday was an absolute horror!! I'm having a crown put on.
Bartender, I need something to kill my sore cheek, please! :)
Mimosa's all around this morning, I'll serve, I'll buy (I know Richard "your moneys no good here" :D . Jenny's doing better and moving a step up at the hospital. Not a regular room yet but close. Thanks again to all. Behold the power of PT'ers  Home fries, scrapple and grits (yuck, actually I can't abide grits but it sounds right friendly and southern  ) Maybe some poached eggs on toast. Have a lovely weekend everyone and remember to thank our Vets. hmmm, war Vets and pet vets too I guess :)
**yawn** **rubs eyes**
**stumbles out from under the pool table**
Oh brother, I did it again. How did I get here? I wasn't drinking last night and yet here I am.
Mimosas? Sure, why not. It's Friday and it's casual day and best of all, it's not raining. :) We've had torrential downpours here all week.
Welcome to Thursday's Randi. Hi Lynne. It's nice to have some "international" company.
Andy, nice to have you back, but where's Ann?
Laurie: good news about Jenny. Yes, PT prayers really do work. Please keep us in the loop. Does she know about Pet Talk?
Mornin' everyone.........well for once it wasn't me under the pool table with you Slick............
Friends of mine had relatives here from Guam. Unfortunately the husband has spent a better part of their vacation in the hospital. We tried to cheer him up last evening.
Randi, Lynne, good to see you here.........I think Laurie said something about Mimosa's - I would love to have one.
Randi, ANYTHING having to do with dentists ruins a perfectly good day. Hope you are feeling better now.
Ann, why do you look so angry? Willie - why do you look so sheepish? Andy, why are you hiding this morning?
Good grief, leave you alone for just a few short hours..........and why is everyone humming that song?
It's chilly, I think I will start a fire in the fireplace.
Once upon a time there was a female brain cell which by mistake happened to end up in a man's head. She looked around nervously but it was all empty and quiet.
"Hello?" she cried, but no answer. "Is there anyone here?" she cried a little louder, but still no answer.
Now the female brain cell started to feel alone and scared and yelled at the top of her
voice "HELLO, IS THERE ANYONE HERE?"
Then she heard a faint voice from far, far away.......................................
....................................... "We're down here."
:D :D :D :D ROFLMAO!!!!!!
Thanks Laurie, I needed a laugh to start my day.
Gini, did anything important happen at the bar last night? I was resting my ovrloaded stomach (onion rings) and hopping around on one knee, that's why I wasn't here.
David, I was only here for a few minutes.........and it was completely out of control.............
Seems we need Richard here to keep things stable..........
Laurie kept shouting 'WE'RE DOWN HERE'..............and then laughing like a hyena:D :D
It was not a pretty sight!
Well, Gini, it was like this, Andy and I was working on his computer allll NIGHT.... :o and we got tired and fell asleep at the computer. We drank a few pina coladas, and I forgot the time...:o
Ann, get your claws back in, Woman!!
Mario, where are you??? I think I need coffee, but I'll take a beer.
Laurie, that is a hilarious joke, or is it for real??;)
Willie:D
I think that all of Slick's rain moved on south. It's been raining hard since last night.
Randi - so sorry about the dental work - its never fun.
True story, I was so incredibally stressed out at work a few years back that once, when I was sitting in the dental chair I found it to be more relaxing than being at work. That's when I knew that I definately needed a change.
lb - lol:D
OOOOH, I'll have to try those.Quote:

How about a baked potato split open with chili and cheese over it?
Gosh, I'm drooling. Guess what I'll fix for lunch today?
:D
You need to ask?:D :D :D :D :DQuote:

I'm starving. What's to eat?
Richard must be having a rough couple of days. Anytime he's not joining Thursday's usually means work is getting in the way.
Hang in there Richard, there's a good stiff drink waiting for you when you can make it.
Hey David: sorry to hear the knee is still giving you trouble. Would someone please get this man a double? That should take care of the pain (for now that is).
Slick, give me a TRIPLE, TRIPLE, TRIPLE!!! Even if I THINK of turning my knee the wrong way it will start hurting! :confused:Quote:

Send us a picture of the crown and the coronation ceremonies, please?;)
A vodka martini...DONE!
I have to run.......
Gini, my boss dosen't care (what boss does?) As long as I'm moving and still breathing, I'm on my feet 8 hrs. a day, and it's rough. And I really work as a golf course groundskeeper!Quote:

Glad for the not blowing up gophers , they get really messy.I think I had better stay here ,in the bar or I'll get involved in the fight thread . How about a watermelon wine cooler.
I wouldn't mind having another beer, and one for Mario too.
A fight thread?! Whew! I think I'll stay here too!
Willie:D
Ok I have got my claws back in now....:p .....where is sipoweizt!
Andy ran off with sipoweitz! willie have you got sipoweitz?
I was missing him,:p
Is there a beer here?:D
Whew! I'm glad you got your claws back in. Andy jumped up and I just fell in the floor, I really think Andy, Sipo, and Mario are hiding out sipping pina coladas!
Yes, a good cold beer does sound good!:D
