*edit* Just got off the phone with Leslie. She can't make the Findlay trip because she's picking up her husband from the airport on Sunday. He's flying back in from Germany!

I'm so glad to hear it's going to be warm and not rain, so I guess I can deal with the wind!

Sorry all - but I'm afraid Leo and I are not going to be able to make it after all. I will not be returning from San Diego until Sunday - my trip was extended a couple of days. :(

I am going to try to make the Memorial Day trip though if at all possible, and hopefully there will be another later in the summer.

Leo and I are really bummed out, but I received my Dog Park card, so I have to make it at some point this summer. :)

Well, it looks like I am the first one home and to post. Can't imagine why. A good time was had by all. A very warm and windy day - several us are now several shades redder than we were when we got there. Fine day to forget teh sunscreen! 87 degrees here today.

As usual Phred was the first to arrive. My three boys and I were a close second. Followed by Staci, Anna, Amy, Kimmy, Andy, his friend and Robin and her friend. I don't think I forgot anyone.

The food was great, the friendship better and the dogs had a great time running, chasing, eating treats, being petted and loved! Another gathering , another success.

I have been thinking about the gathering all day today, wishing I could be there. Since I couldn't, I decided to drive up and check out the dogpark at Satellite Beach. I found it. It looks okay but it is no Findlay dog park. It is only 12 miles from my apartment down here. I also found a petition online requesting more dogparks be built in Brevard County. Got to add my name to that list. Keep those pictures coming. It will have to hold me over until the end of May when I'll be home in Ohio for the next gathering.

Needless to say we had an awesome time once again (well...except for the getting burnt part:rolleyes: )!

I think all of the dogs really missed each other and missed all of the humans too. They all wanted plenty of lovin', pets and belly rubs! I felt like I was in heaven:D

Besides all of the doggie fun, we humans had a great time talking and eating. We really missed those of you who weren't able to make it. I hope you'll all be able to come to the next one in May!

Great time was had!!! I had a blast and am struggling to stay awake!!!
Keegan didn't even fight me when she got her bath!!! She made the loop twice around the house and has slept ever since!
