Kia's ecstactic reaction when she see's my dad. :)
Driving home at night you notice gas has gone up 10 cents per litre. You smile......because you filled up in the morning when the price was cheap.....
Oh, I forgot puppy breath! That is such a pleasure!
Not having to go out on a nasty snowing day because there's beer in the fridge, wine in the cupboard, plenty of food in the pantry and fridge and lots & lots of dog and cat food. And split wood on the back porch. ahhhhhhhh
Oh, I'll be right over.....:) :) Save me a spot by the fireplace.Quote:

Walking across your yard, sun in your face, surrounded by all the living things you have added and realizing that it's all yours and you have made it a home. Nothing better, for me. :)
My two wonderful sons, who are 21 & 25 and still kiss me goodnight or goodbye and say I love you.
Sitting out on my back deck (of course not in winter) and just hearing nature in her finest hour.
Sharing something you have cooked with a co-worker and having them tell you, "That was really good, did you make it?"
When my 5 month old great niece looks at me and smiles:D
Going outside after a fresh snowfall and seeing the snowflakes sparkle in the moonlight.
Falling asleep to the sound of a purring kitten. (and it is especially nice when my chronically snoring hubby doesn't snore!)
Listening to Popcorn's soft beautiful song that he sings every morning.
A thick slice of bread, warm from the bakery, with real butter.
horse back riding on a nice summer day:)
Seeing so many wonderful pictures of everyone's happy, healthy, and cherished pets every day, even if it's just in the signature or avatar - knowing every face is loved and tenderly cared for.
I have a lot of these:p
*When Blueberry jumps on my bed in the morning just when I wake up and start to purr
A nuzzle on the face from a horse.
If I can.....Quote:

The smell just before you walk into the bakery..
lol,
On the way home from work I pass thru Beautiful Downtown Burbank...There is a bakery right next to the freeway.....on certain days a traffic jam doesn't seem so bad.
It's almost heaven.:D
After working, coming home knowing I don't have to leave the house again, especially in this horrible cold, snow, and ice we're having, and watching the pups enjoy it so much outside!!
Coming home after a business trip and seeing Leo and Penny look at me like I was sunshine itself. :) And then Sam jumping on my lap with both dogs at my feet and laying there for the entire night.
When I pet Miss Hoppy and she "hunkers down" which you might have to have a bunny to understand, but she just about flattens herself out on the spot as if to say "Yes, pet me for hours just like that and I'll be happy!"
Working really hard on a project at work, and having the lady that is supervising come in and appreciate all you have done!!! :D
Today, I was given the task of designing a cover for a town report, and I put at least 4 hours into it. I was really nervous when she came to look at the proof, and though she had 2 minor changes, she *loved* it! That really made my day! :D
A kiss from my little two year old grandson. (Makes me melt!)
In the summertime, sitting on my deck with M & S, eating my breakfast and watching the sun come up and the boats to by.
Stepping on to the scale and watching my weight go down and not up, for a change! :) :) :) :) Can't tell you how happy that makes me!
I was 153lbs a little over a year and a half (:o :o :o) ago, I just stood on the scale today and I am 121lbs. Two weeks ago I was 125lbs.
Sitting on the couch with a cup of chamomile tea, a good book, and the dogs curled up next to me. Pure heaven :)
Seeing my nephew look at me and smile.... :)
Hearing my husband and son tell eachother that they love eachother....Watching them walk in front of me holding hands.
Hearing my Mother laugh.
Having great friends round for a good home-cooked meal, and talking into the small hours!
Being able look into your husbands eyes and still see the love he has for you, feeling safe in knowing that it will always be there. Knowing how lucky you are because so many don't have that.
Chocolate Chips Cookies :) with milk
Having the dogs know how to go out in the back yard and "get the sticks" from the snow & ice and bring them to the back door so I can re-stoke the fire in the morning without getting my boots on! The big split logs are by the door but sometimes you need "Squaw Wood" (no offense ladies, it's just an expression) to get the big logs going ;)
Just lying around at home and spending lots of time on the Internet;) lol
Having a snowball fight with a bunch (or just one other) friends
Berry swirl bread (there's a bread store around the corner from where I work.)
Falling asleep to the sounds of a soft rain.
Oh yea, I'm with you on this one Fox-Gal. I've done a lot of camping in my time both in a tent and trailer and there is nothing quite like waking up to rain falling on the tent. Getting out of the tent on a rainy day; now that's another story :DQuote:
