Last night's episode was one of the better "Survivor" shows I have seen.
I was waiting for Probst to let her have it,
like he did with Osten from last year's show...
Would I try to catch a shark?????

She KNEW she had to go, and I am so glad she went. Her mother died 8 days later. I was just going to post about this in a new topic but I had to comment on this.

I guess catching a shark is a "man thing"??? I like the way he was going on about the shark getting ahold of his arm and he wouldn't let go. Kind of like the fisherman saying the big one got away :D

I thought he was going to fix it so she would get updates, a phone call or a way to get news on her mom....
Some way to keep her mind at ease and keep her in the game....as it turns out the right decisions were made...
JP came on a radio show here in L.A. and he made it known that he was pretty pissed at Osten....
JP has 'become the game' as the host and I feel he believes that any slight towards the game is a swipe at him.....
It was all handled well and I was just commenting on the direction JP COULD have gone in...:)
Ok, sorry bout that. Just wanted to make sure. I am glad she chose to leave. I think you just know these things, and she deffinately knew!
I felt sorry for the shark though and am glad it bit him lol. I would hate to die that way, poor thing.

Why didn't Richard just stand up when he got back close to shore instead of biting the shark? It would have let go when it struggled to breathe?
It was so sad about Jenna's mom. She was on one of the morning talk shows today. Her mom was unresponsive by the time she got there and never came out of it. I think Jenna did the right thing by leaving. She had a valid reason for leaving and was not just wimping out like Osten. He was a big old baby from day one. It was the game that got him down, not a family illness. :)

It's probably not a birth defect.....I have the same reaction to bad jokes and puns.....and when I write them myself I really go ballistic!!!:)

Yes it was very sad that her mother died just 8 days later. Yes she made the correct decision at the time to leave. I feel bad for her in that respect. However.
She KNEW her mom had cancer and wasn't in the greatest of shape when she agreed to come on the show. Her mother had cancer on the Amazon one that she won and she used that card constantly to gain sympathy from the other players. I happen to agree with Alicia from the show. She had no business agreeing to be there in the first place! She let her greed take over.
I think the "vibes" she was getting was guilt because she knew she shouldn't have gone on the show again. She should have declined and let someone else who could have really put their heart into the game take that spot. I think Jeff handled it well with a certain amount of disappointment but not raking her over the coals.

I liked what Kathy had to say about it all. I wish I could have seen the confrontation this morning on CBS Early Morning show between Hatch and Sue...it was supposidly the first time they have talked since the "incident"

No offence to Sue, but I totally agreed with what Kathy said about her. She went on like Richard wanted her or something..which he didn't, obviously. I thought Sue said something to bring it on herself? Anyway, I highly doubt Richard ment to offend like how she took it..
Big Tom is SOOO CUTE! I loved his dance! I am so glad he's back for All Stars. I've missed his entertainment!

Although....maybe in her history, she's been molested or something so it really bothered her...but then she probably wouldn't have just said "eww gross" when it happened....
yeah i agree, she was egging him on and she didn't say much at the time, and even though she might have been alittle upset i think she was doing it all so that she can use it agaist him in court to say " oh see! look how upset i was! i had to quit the game!"...JMO

My mom likes Lex :p He is playing pretty smart, I have nothing against him, he is cool.
I also like Kathy, she's sweet, there are more I like, but can't think right now :p
