I love the new meatloaf pics! :D
*kisses to all the cute kitties*
my mom doesn't subscribe to the 'meatloaf' way of thinking.
when Edward gets into that position she says, "oh, look at the fenders.."
i asked about it after the 600th time she mentioned it......
"look at his back legs, don't they look like the fenders on old cars?"
lol
Here is one of the orphans of the litter we raised:

Hey, this is a family site!:p ;)Quote:

Meatloaf, with a side of tongue!
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...5/fc9d826c.jpg
Actually, she looks more like a "cat puddle" here than a meatloaf. ...and if I were to weigh in on the 'proper' classic meatloaf pose, it would have to be the "no legs" version ....last time I made a meatloaf, it didn't have "paws" :) :D ;)
Ritzy's now infamous 'sumo kitty' pose
http://members.aol.com/myerssh61/ritzsumo.jpg
hmm...I'm thinking she looks like a furry turkey here!
lol! These meatloaf pics are so cute! Both Toby and Lily do this all time, I'll have to snap a pic next time they strike that pose! ;) ;)
Great pics everyone. My Sunny does the turkey pose all the time. :D Let's see if I can find one.

Here's one more of my baby Sunny. :)
That sumo Ritzy pic makes me laugh so hard I cry, everytime I see it. ;) :D
This thread is throwing me into a vicious giggle fit.
Sam and I have always referred to Boo's meatloaf position as "portable" Boo. It's like he's folded himself up so that he may easily fit in your overhead compartment. ;)
:D
Found a pic of Reebok from a few months ago.

i came across the modified meatloaf this morning.
the modified meatloaf is the ML, but with the head down........
i was trying to get out of the house quickly- i had to wake eddie's lazy butt up so i could open the door...but since he was in the MML position in front of the door i thought of a new name....
the speed bump....
LOL...we are well familiar with the "speed bump"...the problemwith kitty speed bumps is that, unlike their concrete counterparts, they "move around" when least expected....usually appearing in right in front of your feet as you are progressing forward in the dark in the middle of the night to the bathroom, the magic speed bump will position itself in front of one foot, then suddently in front of the other, matching your feet step for step until you either
a) accidentally step on the speed bump and make its alarm go off (A LOUD HORRIFYING SOUND) OR
b) you trip and fall trying to avoid option "a"
Yes, I was going to say another one of the differences with the concrete types is that these speedbumps hiss when accidentally stepped on making both hisser and hissee move faster than either thought they ever could, due to the daylights being scared out of both of them! Not a good thing in the middle of the night. ;) :D :DQuote:

LOL. The speedbumps in my house also have spikes!
lol, at night i usually slide out of bed and then ask, 'WHERE ARE YOU????'
we have only had that screaming, spiked, speed bump problem twice in a year and a half....
just the thought of stepping on him make me nervous......
as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room with a sleep stunned owner that has size eleven feet!
I heard this morning that size 11 is the Illinois State Shoe Size - you know, kinda like the Illinois State Bird or the Illinois State Tree...Quote:

Who woulda known that Illinois had an official shoe size?
.....which makes me wonder how many of my tax dollars were spent determining which size was to be the "official" size and then making it official.
This is our Jessica teaching her babies how to meatloaf. As you can see, Jessica favours the "turkey" rather than the "full meatloaf". She likes to have her claws instantly available!
Rotten picture I'm afraid. It's an old scanned one.

What an adorable clutch of meatloaves!!! I don't think I've ever seen so many in one pic, and such adorable tiny ones too. Those must be the individual serving size. ;) :D
Uh oh, Daisy...a meatloaf on the kitchen counter...:)Quote:
