Of course aly. Reece will be in the next contest. Thanks :)
Chris, thanks. I will enter Bob in the next one. I think I'll delay it because some people may still have entries to send in. :D
tikeyas_mom - you can always enter her. There's still time.
ramanth- kia's got great eyes. Why don't you send in a pic? :D
When will it be do you think? I hope it's not too soon...I'd really like to get a better pic first :D
Okay, how about Friday cause I have a busy week with exams anyway. By Friday then :D
OK :D I hope I can get a recharger by then...My mother keeps saying I can get one, and then she says no :( And I'm combining my money with my stepmom's and hers, so she only has to pay 20 dollars!
Thanks primabella!:)
Hope the exams go well for you..:)
Chris
I knew I shouldn't have put all 3 of my girls in there! You know I voted for one of my girls, but I didn't know which one to vote for!
Somehow I just noticed this thread--I'll give myself up--Dakota's eyes are gorgeous!! I couldn't stop looking at them!!!
Thanks Chris :D I just found out I have a summative on Friday and some synthesis (mid-terms, I think they are called in the States ?) on April 11 and 15. I'm going nuts!!
Primabella, being both from the UK, and long past school age, the terms summative and synthesis are....ummm... foreign to me!:D Though my grandaughter, who has recently turned sixteen and is/will be facing all sorts of exams may know.:) Anyway, I wish you the very best of good luck with them, whatever they mean!:)
Chris
I don't know what they are either..and I'm in Canada too! :p
werent we supose to go on to the second part yet? just curious;)
Jessica - scroll up. I said I was setting up the 2nd part tomorrow. But since my BIG exam was today, I guess I could take some time to set up the next part today. :D Good luck all and I'll try not to leave anyone out this time
Do you think you did good on your exam?
I'm supposed to be in school right now, but I feel sick...We've got something going around :(
I hope I did well. It was a lab exam. They gave us the materials and we had to do the experiment. Luckily, I got a pretty easy one.
I hope you feel better. :(
Thanks :) So it was a science exam? I hate labs in science lol...But I like the ones where you get to look under a microscope...I love microscopes..Except the one I bought a few years ago...I couldn't figure it out so I smashed it on the floor :o I think I need anger management pills lol..Quote:

Next year in science, we have to disect a pig  I'm going to be "sick" that day :p
Yeah, that happens in secondary 5 in Bio over here. I can't wait. I think it'll be cool. (Note - all the pigs they use are runts of the litter that have died of disease. You can even see a collapsed lung or something when you open them up. I just think it'll be interested to see what's inside one, that's all.)
I would like to disect a pig that was stillborn or something, but here they put some sort of chemical over their noses, kind of like chlorophyll, but it actually kills them :( Then we disect them..
when i went to natures classroom in sixth grade, we could disect a pic if we *wanted* to. of course i didnt, but they said that the pigs were put in a glass room with poisinous cotten over it to make them die. just so we could disect them.:( :( :( :(
In some places they don't even kill frogs before they disect them. They use chlorophyll to knock them out, and disect away :(
