I forgot to mention in the previous post that the picture of the Sphynx on the door reminded me of Rosie. Because of her sleek stature, she could jump the height in a single leap and perch on an open wooden door. It would scare me silly.Quote:

She does look a little on the thin side. But I think it's more noticeable when a cat DOESN'T have fur. Sphynxes are very active cats and burn off the calories quicker than they absorb them.
Utchie is skinny and only weighs 5.4 lbs. and is small for his age. He looks like a kitten, even though he's 2 years old. I believe he was the runt of the litter.

Moosmom, I saw this kitty on Pinterest and thought of you. The caption said "Peterbald". I think the kitty looks long, lean and graceful - like a meezer or an Oriental kitty (Catmandu's Pouncierge came to my mind) but with a velvety grey coat.

There are MANY versions of Sphynxes. There's the Donskoy, the Levkoy, Peterbald. Someone posted the variety on FB and I was blown away!! I LOVE this breed.

There's a Pet Expo in October with a cat show. I was seriously thinking of entering Isis as an altered purebred. Just to see how she does. Can't wait to see what some of the experts bring.
