It's a lovely day today, +13oC right now! Work goes on up the hill on taking down the burned out building. Fans blow air into the section saved by the fire wall but wet by the firemen. I'd like a strawberry daquiri please and I'd like to toast the firemen, the security dudes and all the workers now trying to give people back their homes. Could I also get a slice of hawaiian pizza?

The flashing red lights on the cars are for safety. Any time the course conditions are wet, the rear lights are on.

Went to the dr this morning. I have a case of the shingles. If you ever have blisters pop up on your arms or legs or anywhere and they burn AND you had chicken pox as a kid, hie yourselves off to the dr. Chances are that's a shingles attack.

Apparently as we, um, age, our bodies sometimes can't fight off the virus the chicken pox left with us when we were kids. ta-da shingles!!! blah
They hurt so bad!!! Like my arthritis and fibromyalgia wasn't enough to deal with.

Anyway, I got the new Alvin movie so I can get my squeak on and try to ingnore the pain. (and stuff myself with pizza) ;) :rolleyes:
