Pet Talk - these forums - started on a different, later date. That's the June 24, 2000 anniversary. Before that, people had no way to comment on the featured pets other than emailing us, and us passing the emails along to the owners, etc.

When I joined Petoftheday.com in 2005, I didn't know what I was jumping into. This forum has helped me through so much including the death of my first dog and my budgie, Star! I have met so many great people here and I still talk to them to this day. I love seeing pics of everyones animals and hearing about everyone's lives. I wish you guys many many more birthdays for PETOFTHEDAY!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS! We wish you & Paul many more years of success. You've created a really wonderful community that has provided fun, facts, and support to so many of us. I think also of how many great people I've gotten a chance to meet because of PT. :love: in fact, I was just going thru old pics today - look who I got to meet at the Findlay meetings! Aren't they a cute couple? :D

What a wonderful time we all had. I have not been in the first generation but it feels like a big part of my life now - and I would not have met some of my closest friends if I hadn't joined Pet Talk. Filou and Tigris send their congratulations too.
